This is by far the worst company I have ever booked a holiday with and I book 3 or 4 a year, i will NEVER book with them again!
They changed my business class flight for an inferior one, 3 stops instead of 2, I made a complaint which after 2 months, several emails and hours on the phone has still not been resolved.
They do not reply to emails, they do not return phone calls, their employees are difficult to understand during phone call, the waiting times are ridiculous.
I have this morning been on the phone for 2 hours, promised a return call within an hour that I did not get, put on hold several time and transferred to various people, still no response to my original complaint 8 weeks ago.
NEVER AGAIN!!

Its been 7 days since they posted the reply and guess what?
NO REPLY FROM OPODO!
That is typical of their customer service, very very bad.
My advise from my experience to anyone thinking of booking with Opodo no matter what their price for a holiday is DONT DO IT, find another company!!!
