Seats are not comfortable

Seats are not comfortable, too many announcements trying to sell things that are not any cheaper than in the shops, prices for drinks and food are very high so we rarely buy anything.
Staff are always friendly and polite but some wear so much perfume that is offensive and overpowering.

Seats are uncomfortable

Seats are uncomfortable, cost of flights is creeping up higher.
I've booked my next flight with Tui, £90 cheaper for same dates.

Terrible service

Terrible service, I was given a delivery slot for a new car battery 8.20 am to 12.20 pm, I stayed in all morning. At some point after 1 pm it changed to 6 pm, it then changed to before end of today.
It arrived around 6.30 pm too late to fit on my car dark and freezing outside.
The message off them after the delivery said it arrived at 3.36 pm.

The seats are not very comfortable…

The seats are not very comfortable especially when there is an obese person sitting next to you.
They should be made to buy 2 seats!!

TERRIBLE customer service!!

Ive been trying to find out how many items can be discounted using their coupons on the app, they constantly tell me to read the coupon. Ive sent the screen shots of their information and asked them to show me, they reply with the same reply "the information is on the coupon" but it isn't.
LIDL,,,,,, IT DOES NOT SAY ON ANY OF THE COUPONS!!!

Terrible experience!!

Terrible experience!!
We were freezing, not cold but freezing for over 3 hours on a flight back from Tenerife. There was a very cold draft coming from the air conditioning above blowing directly on us from the right side of the plane. It wasnt just us it was the area around row 22 where we were sitting, everyone around us was complaining. We had to ask the staff 4 times to turn the heating up before it went up and that stayed warm for about 15 minutes then went cold again, the first 3 times they said they had done it and asked us to give it 20 minutes to warm up, it didn't. All around us people were putting on all the clothes they had with them, the lucky ones had coats.

no brilliant but ok

Cheaper than Tui but more expensive than some others, usual rip off drink/food prices on the plane, seemingly endless very load announcements irritating when you are trying to read trying to sell their goods, most uncomfortable plane seats I have ever sat in.
Easy booking , check in, boarding and staff very pleasant.
UPDATE had an apology of jet2 and they asked me to complain if I want to. Gemma Stocks FYI I have done before about the seats, the response off you was for me to tell the staff onboard,

Ordered and received with no problem

Ordered and received with no problem, only minor issue was they said they would email when my goods were dispatched and delivery is 2/3 days but they didn't let me know they had posted it. A quick phone call and they sent me the Royal mail tracking number within 10 minutes.
Second time Ive ordered off them and no reason I wouldnt order again.

Staff are helpful and friendly

Staff are helpful and friendly. Lots of free parking. Good modern equipment. Good monthly fee for what you get.
Gym area often untidy, people leave weights on machines the staff should politely mention this is not etiquette to the people leaving them, mainly very minor criticisms.
Biggest issue is the Changing/shower room very small and damp due to no ventilation.
I have been a bit negative but it is ok or i wouldn't go, I would recommend it to anyone.

"waterproof" boots??????

I bought these "waterproof" boots expecting them to keep my feet dry.
They are absolutely rubbish, even in wet grass your socks get soaked.
Nice and comfortable in dry conditions but i would recommend that you look at other makes as these are definitely NOT WATERPROOF!!

They deserve 0 stars not 1

If I could give less than 1star I would, had a card 1 month, used the app to chat and after about 3 messages off them they stopped replying so I gave up. Had a telephone call where I was given incorrect information about when my bill would be paid, used the chat on the app again to try and sort it and after 1 reply off them they stopped replying so I gave up, called them again and after several conversations and being kept on hold after 37 minutes I was cut off.
Terrible, disgusting, incompetent!!

Terrible

Terrible, i was paying too much after having a new boiler fitted. When i asked for my debit payments to be reduced they would not reduce them to reflect what i was using. When i suggested cancelling my payments until they paid me what I was owed by them I was told if I cancelled the direct debit they would charge me. I left when I found another supplier and Avro owe me £196, that is over 3 months payments for me now and 8 weeks later they still have not paid it.
I will never use them again.

My radiator valve does not follow the…

My radiator valve does not follow the schedule I have set, the problem has been happening for months. I have done several things as instructed by the technicians but it still does not work.
Customer service is terrible, before you get to speak to a technician you have to go through a call centre where the advisors are difficult to understand.
Today I made 6 calls to them and the phone was cut off every time mid conversation when I was talking to them, they would not let me talk to a manager the 6th time then cut me off again.
Complete waste of money, wish I had not bought them.
I would advise anyone thinking of having them NOT to do it.
I have no control when my radiator turns on, absolutely rubbish!!
UPDATE. Had a reply off Hive after posting this advising me I can get help on Facebook or Twitter, I dont use either so no help whatsoever!
I have had no reply yet off the email I sent to their customer service team.

I will NEVER book with these again!!

Made the mistake of booking a BA flight with this company that had to be cancelled.
NEVER AGAIN!!
They ignore emails, dont return phone calls, they say in a recorded message to reply to a message left can take up to EIGHT WEEKS!!
We get generic emails blaming the flight companies when BA have told us the refund for the flight is paid within 30 days of cancellation, we have been waiting OVER 4 MONTHS!!
We get generic emails saying how much they are doing to get our money to us.
What we dont get is an email saying that they are refunding us!
Its impossible to talk to anyone, we had no choice but to refer it to our credit card company's section 75.
I had a Thomas cook flight refund within 2 weeks, and a refund from Air B and B within a week.
I will NEVER book with this company again whatever the price and I would STRONGLY suggest to everyone to consider doing the same.

Highly recommended!!

We were in Fuertaventura during the corona virus, the communication from this company was excellent!!
Every email and phone call was promptly answered.
We have used this company several times and will continue to do so.
I would highly recommend them to anyone.
They have always arrived on time, the drivers have always been polite and good drivers making us feel safe and the vehicles have always been in very good condition.

This is by far the worst company I have…

This is by far the worst company I have ever booked a holiday with and I book 3 or 4 a year, i will NEVER book with them again!
They changed my business class flight for an inferior one, 3 stops instead of 2, I made a complaint which after 2 months, several emails and hours on the phone has still not been resolved.
They do not reply to emails, they do not return phone calls, their employees are difficult to understand during phone call, the waiting times are ridiculous.
I have this morning been on the phone for 2 hours, promised a return call within an hour that I did not get, put on hold several time and transferred to various people, still no response to my original complaint 8 weeks ago.
NEVER AGAIN!!

Its been 7 days since they posted the reply and guess what?
NO REPLY FROM OPODO!
That is typical of their customer service, very very bad.
My advise from my experience to anyone thinking of booking with Opodo no matter what their price for a holiday is DONT DO IT, find another company!!!
