Shona Pritchard from Cruise Kings was very helpful when I was deciding which cruise to book. She was happy to communicate quotes via email which allowed me time to talk to the other couple travelling with us and make a joint decision. Been on endless “chats” with Uber customer support regarding driver ignoring my request to change destination at beginning of journey. This resulted in unnecessary long journey and unnecessary higher charges. Uber choose to state charges were correct (which I would not dispute if that was journey I wanted) and refuse to address the behaviour of the driver and my costs. Chats are ended by Uber and there seems no way for me to escalate my complaint. I’ll definitely never use Uber again

Is it ever possible to get refund from Uber?? Uber driver 100% responsible for taking me to wrong destination which cost me financially- been on Uber chat going round in circles. They thank me for my feedback etc etc but cannot or will not tell me how to escalate the case!!! Chats are ended when it suits Uber. So frustrating. Any advice welcone

I am not disputing that Uber's fare calculation was technically correct. My complaint is about process and driver conduct.
During a trip in Miami, I informed the driver at the start of the journey that the destination shown in the app was incorrect and provided the correct address verbally.
Despite this, the driver continued driving a considerable distance toward the incorrect destination without stopping or explaining that the journey could not be ended unless changed in the app.
As a visitor unfamiliar with the area, I had no way of knowing this and reasonably relied on the driver to clarify or pause the journey. The unnecessary distance, time, and cost incurred were a direct result of this failure.
Uber's responses have repeatedly stated that the fare was correct, which misses the point entirely. The issue is whether it is acceptable for a driver to knowingly proceed to an acknowledged incorrect destination without informing the passenger.
This raises concerns about service standards, duty of care, and passenger trust.

Informed at 5.27 pm that sofas expected next day would not be delivered for another 18 days. Customer Service experience during this time was non existent- no manager available to speak to. So frustrating and disappointing. Eventually manager phoned and said she’d put date in diary to phone after delivery was made. I had to contact M&S after 2 weeks as manager hadn’t called! Disgraceful.
Got my sofas - Copenhagen- which I’d ordered online assuming quality would be same as my previous sofas (Abbey). Regret that decision as quality is quite poor - base cushions move forward when you stand up, back cushions are flimsy.
I was a loyal M&as customer but will look elsewhere now.

Received email at 5.29pm to say delivery of sofas due next day had been delayed and new delivery due 18 days later. Can’t understand why I could not have been told about this earlier as old furniture had already been donated to charity.I phoned customer service and holding on for an hour I was informed to escalate the matter I would need to speak to a manager. 48 hours later I am still waiting. Seemingly M&S do not consider the fact that 2 retired people who are following COVID restrictions and only have dining room chairs to sit on is an emergency. I was a loyal M&S customer but they’ve lost me now.

Contacted Itison regarding voucher that had expired during lockdown. Requested extension. Received reply very quickly saying as voucher had now expired they couldn’t help. I replied asking for contact details so I could take the matter further. Surprise, surprise I have had no reply.
Contacted the venue myself and they have agreed voucher can be used now that restaurants have reopened. I think this should have been done automatically for all customers In this position.
Itison has lost another customer.
