Volume of call is poor

Volume of call is poor. Yolla says itmy connection problem but I'm using another carrier and have excellent call reception. Lost my balance only about $3.85 when my sim card expired. They don't have any documentation on calls so won't credit new number.i want to transfer credit from another yolla account and they want proof of purchase. Go to chat gp and you will see these problems are recurrent with many subscribers. Communication was so bad I asked if I was talking to a robot.
Said in reply they credited $4 to my account. When I asked where they responded that they didn't issue any credit. After another bunch of emails they don't know where they credited the $4. It's cost them probably $40 in salary over a cup of coffee.

Hotel Wi-Fi networks are often unstable and may work properly only with whitelisted services, which can cause issues with third-party calling apps.

Pay extra for mold and rust

Cube. Smart I paid for air-conditioned storage. Been there 2 weeks and no air-conditioning. Clothes filled with mold. Metal furniture rusted. No security no cameras nobody on site in the night or Sunday. Increase the price all the time.
Manager said corporate dictates to maintain 80 F temperature. This temperature is ideal for mold growth

Bait and Switch

Made and paid for a deluxe room with a balcony jn a hotel that I stayed in before. Arriving at 2AM the hotel wanted to give me basement room with windows bolted shut. Called Priceline and they said they could give me non penalty cancellation refund .At 2AM find another hotel. The hotel says this happens regularly. Bait and Switch. Priceline says they made the reservation through Agoda.So it's Agoda's fault. Called Agoda they couldn't talk with me as I was a Priceline customer.

You are terminated

Filed a claim for AirConnect refund. Two and a half years and get update that we're sending the airline a request. My own research discovered AirConnect became Aeroitalia Regional two years ago. Now I found out Aeroitalia Regional became Airolinee Siciliane last year. So who have they followed up with? Still no concrete update.Did you refer this to your legal department? As of 4/4/ 25 no response. Well after bbeingtoo patient as per my email, you are terminated.
Trying to say this review is not about SkyRefund but it is.

No customer service on how to dispose of merchandise that I didn't order

Package arrived with things I didn't order. My order did not arrive. I called, email and filled out their form. I never got an answer only a satisfaction survey. I cancelled payment. I am still waiting for them to advise me on disposing the merchandise I received. I wrote that I would dispose of their products in 7 days and wow a transporter arrived to get their stuff.However,they said that they would send me my order and now January 15 nothing.

Handicapped persons be prepared to RUN

People say stay away from Lufthansa but that's impossible as it is Swiss, Austrian, Brussels,Discover,Eurowings, Edelweiss and CityJet Ireland. Most intercontinental and international flights go to a hub -Frankfort. Our first flight was on Eldelweiss and it was very good Airbus 330, but they lost our luggage even though the flight left late. They arranged to deliver the bags a day later to our hotel. Next flight was to Frankfort on CityJet to connect to Discover. We had mobility assistance booked. At Frankfort there was no assistance leaving the plane. We were put in a room to wait for assistance. After over an hour we persuaded some ground staff to push us but we never arrived to the gate. We had to wait 24 hours for a flight. All flights were booked for a week but we finally lucked out. Said we would file for EU Compensation. They offered $200 for two people. EU Compensation is euro600 per person.

Good/Bad Experiences

My 3 rating is based on 2 rentals, one good and one bad. The good: No problem with the rental and was surprised a had full insurance included. My flight was delayed 24 hours in Frankfort so I tried to call them but it was Sunday so no one answered. I called the rental car company to advise them to hold the car but I didn't have a K number only CarJet reservation number.
Rental 2 was made in US so their site doesn't show which company you are renting from until after you reserve and pay some money. The rental company was far from the airport and when you arrive there all kinds of restrictions and bogus insurance add ons. I tried contacting them from the airport but no answer.I returned to the airport and rented from a normal company.
The real problem is that you don't have any support when you need it.

So far so good

So far so good. We'll see when I pick up the car.No problem picking up the car. Insurance was included with a nationwide company.
My flight was delayed 24 hours and I tried to call them. No answer. I called the rental car company direct and since I didn't have a K number and only CarJet number they couldn't find the reservation.
CarJet needs to give the car company reservation number and they need 24 hours customer service.

Only travel agent to book with

1. miluska@exploreinca worked with me on my specific itenary. Adjusting it as per air flights or personal changes. 2. From the pick up at the airport to the drop off on the final day, everything went on time and smoothly - buses,trains,planes,ect. 3. Al the hotels selected were clean and modern.4. Guides were knowledgeable and informative. Many days the members of the group had private guides. 5. Everything was great and intensive.

UPDATE to Computers can be wrong

UPDATE: Finally shipment on it's way. Thought about dropping to 1 star after the unidentified character in Denmark questioned my integrity,but that would be unfair to Margaret in the US who did the work to get the package moving. My suggestion is to fix the country part of the address form so you don't have to open a new mail box. Moved up 1 star thanks to Margaret 's great follow up.

Incorrect plastic

Incorrect plastic. Drop the knife and it breaks. Using polycarbonate would make the knife unbreakable. Also attention to the products when cleaning the knife. If you use alcohol which is a good sterilizer, the red color will come off on your hands. That said the quality is not worth the price.
