Volume of call is poor
Volume of call is poor. Yolla says itmy connection problem but I'm using another carrier and have excellent call reception. Lost my balance only about $3.85 when my sim card expired. They don't have any documentation on calls so won't credit new number.i want to transfer credit from another yolla account and they want proof of purchase. Go to chat gp and you will see these problems are recurrent with many subscribers. Communication was so bad I asked if I was talking to a robot.
Said in reply they credited $4 to my account. When I asked where they responded that they didn't issue any credit. After another bunch of emails they don't know where they credited the $4. It's cost them probably $40 in salary over a cup of coffee.
