DENTIST OF THE YEAR AWARD DR. H.Aziz

I visited Leicester JDRM Dental Care because I was not happy with my current NHS dentist.

Dr. Aziz was so kind, caring, and listened to me, and I felt heard and understood.

This dentist and her nurse deserve a reward for their professionalism and quality of care. THEY ARE AMAZING!

There app is easy to use too.

Air Con - WHAT A CON!

One month after my air con was re-gassed, it stopped working. I called and was abruptly told that the issue was NOT their fault.

Eventually, the manager agreed to re-gass my aircon, which was booked for a few days after the call, only to be cancelled on the day because they had no technicians!

I will put this down to a bad experience, take one for the team and take my car elsewhere.

Under Promised - OVER DELIVERED!

Despite being 30 minutes early for my appointment and Loughborough Auto Centre being very short staffed, I received excellent customer care and was seen immediately.

A special thank you to the mechanic who dropped everything to ensure that my rear tyre was fitted and got me back on the road after a burst tyre.

Whilst fitting, he explained about the automatic tyre pressure sensors and was very reassuring. Thank you for looking after me snd my vehicle.

WOULDN’T RECOMMEND TO MY WORST ENEMY

Absolute pile of cr@p!

Ordered broadband to be installed on 20.12.22. Asked for a pre-install visit to check where cables would be laid outside as we have a very long driveway. We were told “anything you want!”

On 19th December, we were woken up by an engineer (unannounced and no appointment) to lay cables under the hedge (where we didn’t want them laying). The contractor said that he wished people wouldn’t pre-visit who don’t know how to do his job! We arrived at a compromise, but only to be told that this was such a big job, he’ll have to come back.

Later that evening (the day before our due installation date), we received a telephone call to inform us that they are cancelling and won’t be installing until 15.01.23! We had just cancelled our existing service provider.

I won’t bore you with the very long process of the 2.5 hours, attempting to cancel the whole service, but let’s just say I was primal screaming just to comfort myself and I feel so anxious.

IF THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT NEW CUSTOMS - I’D HATE TO FATHOM HOW THEY TREAT EXISTING CUSTOMERS!

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO MY WORST ENEMY!!!

AWFUL- DAMAGED GOODS

My ebike arrived with plenty of scratches and the electric power input was damaged. I ordered a brand new bike and received what appeared to be a return or a bike that was damaged whilst being assembled in the factory?

After reporting this to the seller, I received a response suggesting I keep the bike in exchange for a £40 refund to avoid me paying to return it - no way!

I have reported this to PayPal and I look forward to this item being collected and a full refund!

Over Promised and Under Delivered

Having been told that my ebike conversion kit was in stock, I placed and order for next day delivery. Seven days later it arrived with a missing item. I telephoned the same day and was promised that the item would be sent out to me.

A week later, the part hadn’t arrived, but was told that the item had been delivered to me. When I questioned this and requested the tracking number, I was advised that it wasn’t sent out, but would be.

One and a half weeks later and a trail of emails, false tracking information and broken promises, I have resorted to entering a PayPal dispute to ask for a partial refund because I have had to order the missing part from elsewhere.

I am a key worker and I am unable to use my bike to commute until I have the part.

I am really disappointed by the false promises. If a company hasn’t got items in stock or have not despatched items (as their despatch note had been checked), they should inform the customer, so that they have a guided choice, rather than advise that the item has been sent out and causing distress!

I really don’t like leaving bad reviews, but I have really been led on a wild goose chase with this company. The idea was that I would receive my kit, take a day to fit it and continue commuting to work on my bike, but two weeks is just too much to lead a customer astray.

Ordering is very easy and even standard delivery is fast! Simply pay for a repeat prescription from your vet and take a picture of it, then email to Animed Direct who sort out the dispensing. You can use your prescription a further two times.

Animed were able to provide a quick, fast and reliable service for my pet prescription, that also saved me a VAST amount of money compared to obtaining the medication from my vet!
