poor customer service re redeeming a voucher from NZ
I have been emailing for weeks now - I bought a faulty product. I live in New Zealand. I have offered a 20 pound voucher to use online however there is NO area anywhere for me to use this - the screen shot sent to me as to where to put the voucher number in does not come up for me from NZ.
I would like this voucher placed into a free shipping for me - this is the cost of shipping normally ( having bought many items over the years)
I have requested this repeatedly only to have a new customer service person give me quite unhelpful information such as calling the UK in order to activate the voucher - the cost would negate the voucher value.
I would like this to be sorted out so I can use the voucher - I don't think this is too hard.

A response to the white company reply below ; there has been NO response or attempt to fix this situation. I have asked them to contact me with the update and fixing this really simple issue. Nothing from them.
my review rating remains and is unchanged - 1 star. Poor customer service. I would think very hard about using this website now for buying goods given the “fall off the cliff” with their service.
