poor customer service re redeeming a voucher from NZ

I have been emailing for weeks now - I bought a faulty product. I live in New Zealand. I have offered a 20 pound voucher to use online however there is NO area anywhere for me to use this - the screen shot sent to me as to where to put the voucher number in does not come up for me from NZ.
I would like this voucher placed into a free shipping for me - this is the cost of shipping normally ( having bought many items over the years)
I have requested this repeatedly only to have a new customer service person give me quite unhelpful information such as calling the UK in order to activate the voucher - the cost would negate the voucher value.
I would like this to be sorted out so I can use the voucher - I don't think this is too hard.
I look forward to a positive and helpful reply
A response to the white company reply below ; there has been NO response or attempt to fix this situation. I have asked them to contact me with the update and fixing this really simple issue. Nothing from them.
my review rating remains and is unchanged - 1 star. Poor customer service. I would think very hard about using this website now for buying goods given the “fall off the cliff” with their service.

Review of Cosmetics Now

Full refund - and not CN fault.

I bought two items in Feb this year. According to the delivery service -Aramex-( see a previous review of this company ) the parcel was delivered. It was not.
I have spent the past 3 months attempting to get a refund from Aramex - failed. They referred me back to Cosmetics now. The communication from CN has been fast and reasonably helpful overall. It was not their problem as the delivery issue was this end in NZ. However they chose to use Aramex who have a less than ideal history for safe delivery so a level of responsibility does lie with it.
CN this last week emailed to say they will honour the loss and refund the total amount owed. I am very grateful for this - the refund has been successfully returned.
I have asked CN to find an alternative carrier - I will not use the site again until this happens. I hope to hear that they have resolved the issues with a reliable and honest carrier within NZ.

Aramex Canterbury. CHECKED FOR A PARCEL WELL OVERDUE FOR…

CHECKED FOR A PARCEL WELL OVERDUE FOR DELIVERY. SENT THE TRACKING AND ORDER NUMBER TO ARAMEX - I WAS TOLD IT HAD BEEN DELIVERED. THE 'EVIDENCE' THEY GAVE WAS A PIN DROP ON OUR ROADSIDE. WE HAVE HAD EXACTLY THIS PROBLEM BEFORE - AND IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT THE PARCEL HAD NOT BEEN DELIVERED TO OUR ADDRESS - ( THE PIN DROP DONE IN THE SAME MANNER) BUT WAS IN THE DRIVER'S VAN AT HIS HOME.
THIS PARCEL HAS NEVER ARRIVED - ARAMEX HAVE NOT RESPONDED OTHER THAN TO SAY THE DRIVER HAS DONE ALL HE CAN TO DELIVER IT!! NOT - GIVEN WE KNOW FROM A FRIEND WHO USED TO WORK IN DISPATCH THAT ITEMS WERE FREQUENTLY NOT DELIVERED; SOME OCCASIONS WERE PILFERED BY DRIVERS AND MARKED AS DELIVERED.
I HAVE ASKED ALL COMPANIES WE BUY FROM NOT TO USE THEIR SERVICE AND FIND AN ALTERNATIVE.
CURRENTLY WAITING FOR A PARCEL FROM ARAMEX - UNFORTUNATELY FROM THE UK - WILL BE CONTACTING THE LARGE COMPANY TO ASK THEM TO CHANGE DELIVERY METHOD FOR FUTURE CUSTOMERS IN NZ. OTHER COMPANIES HAVE OBLIGED.
REPEATED ISSUES WITH DELIVERY -FROM NOT RECEIVED TO BEING DUMPED OVER THE FENCE; OR LEFT ON THE ROADSIDE.
Update.
Aramex are not at all sorry that I have had this experience. This is an attempt to save face.
I have had two emails saying the issue has been sent to the claims team “for their consideration “.
As expected they tell me today to go back to the sender for a refund.
AS ARAMEX WAS IN POSSESSION OF THIS PARCEL IT IS THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO REFUND ME.
PASSING THE BUCK. HOW UNSURPRISING AND UNPROFESSIONAL

DONT use this website

DONT use this website. I bought what was advertised as the KittySpout fountain for cats. It is advertised as such - it is NOT. It is a cheap knock off - it doesn’t have a window to see the water level. Most likely it has come thru a website such as Temu. This is false advertising. A scam. Read the rest of the reviews on here. Avoid this company as it appears to have a lot of bad feedback.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY - AUSTRALIA AND NZ

The franchise owner in Otago has over 5k of our money - we have been waiting for a pool cover and floor pump for the pool since September. Repeated lies and excuses - never shows up. The pool is unusable as the heatpump has not been connected either. Do NOT use this pool service owner Kieran Moore. Similar problem with the chch branch - family member paid a deposit for pool equipment on the understanding it would be fitted that week. Once the deposit was paid told he would have to wait a month. At least he got the deposit back. We haven’t- have asked for funds to be returned and this has been ignored. Legal action ….
so now we are 24.12 24.
As all readers can see on our Google Maps review that we posted -Poolwerx stated they were " working with the local team to resolve the matter" - which means they were attempting to get Kieran Moore Otago to refund our money. Poolwerx chch contacted us and said they would get Poolwerx Aus to refund our money and then chase up Kieran Moore for the repayment to them.
Unsurprisingly- no contact from Poolwerx Aus with the refund. And ( seriously after so many failed promises and failures to complete work AND then asked repeatedly for a refund) the Kieran Moore contacted us as said yet again ... yawn... that he would make good and complete the work. We told him to stay away; refund the money owed by today.
Not done.

Poolwerx Aus - not honoured the refund either.
I have read the Aust reviews of poolwerx and it is poor- poor work ethic, overselling products that are not needed; poor follow up after installing unnecessary equipment.
-we were quoted for a pool cover supposedly recommended by the company. We have discovered that Kieran Moore quoted for an inferior product - cheaper and thinner with resultant poor heat retention in the water, and overquoted.
We also have had another team come up and review the work supposedly needed by us; the floor pump is working normally- nothing wrong with it. Kieran Moore told us it " was kettled" - not so.
we want our money back. Have lodged a claim with the small claims tribunal here in NZ.
Beware of this company - the philosophy is not consistent across the franchise owners.
Cannot recommend in any way at all- the funds have not been honoured by the head office in Australia; we await a date for the NZ tribunal hearing against Kieran Moore Otago Poolwerx

So I bought an item of clothing from…

So I bought an item of clothing from this site - after reading the reviews on Trustpilot; it does seem legit and the prices good. However I had a msg from Fedex ( another part of the saga) who said the item had been delivered- not. I rang Fedex to find that the parcel had in fact been sent back to Balardi because of incomplete paperwork; customs had tried to contact the company to no avail so sent it back. AND i have tried to contact the company as well +++- no response despite explaining what has happened. I was being pestered prior to the supposed arrival date of the parcel by one of the customer service reps asking me to review their service!! Funny that; there is a problem and they are now not responding. I am happy to review the star rating here IF they get in touch and sort this issue out. I still want the item sent back to me ....Very unimpressed and disappointed; but this may change. watch this space :)
Update. - so I have emailed this company 3 times this week. The customer support centre. There has been no replies or response at all. The one star review will remain.
Do NOT use this site if you are out of the general area - Italy is where the site is based.
They have 600 euros of mine. I do not have any product - unless there is a refund / a response from Balardi about the item and what they intend to do about it this is THEFT.
I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Initially a regret buying off this site…

Initially a regret buying off this site as I didn’t know if it would actually get to me - I had checked reviews ; happy to say no problems with the buy. Advice would be to make sure your sizing is totally correct so you don’t have to return the item. Research size and fit elsewhere !

Review removed despite sending photo evidence twice.

This is the second attempt to have this review retained about Temu. I bought ground solar lights. 4/8 don’t work. There is no return form with them and I have had no contact from them about how to go about this. Also not impressed with Trustpilot- emails are not monitored as my first review was flagged. I have sent photos of the lights plus the invoice and shipping. No response from TP. Let’s hope this review on their site suffices.

Ordered solar lights for in ground lighting. 4/8 of the lights don’t work. I tried to contact them. There appears to be no avenue for this. Tried to upload photos and contact for help but the website only wants me to return the items - there is no return docket in the box. Wouldn’t recommend using this site.

I “bought” a magnetic cleaner off this site on Instagram. The item has not arrived. When I attempted to contact them thru Instagram they BLOCKED ME so I cannot comment or ask where the item is. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. Repeated attempts to find out where the item is has resulted in NO REPLY. MOST LIKELY A SCAM SITE. ZERO RATED

Fedex has been totally useless

Fedex has been totally useless - a parcel that requires signature; someone was home ON EACH OCCASION that the attempt was made to deliver. No one knocked; left note after note and now threatening to return to sender. POOR POOR service. Today confirmed delivery 9-2pm. Oh NO - silly me; now they can't. Your service needs to be improved dramatically

Difficult process once decided to…

Difficult process once decided to return item. Matchesfashion needs to clearly state on its website for sales to other countries, that any taxes are NOT LIKELY to be refunded if the item is returned. This is the case in NZ. Very unlikely to buy again from the site.
IF however the company changed its policy so that the taxes etc are included in the price BEFORE it is shipped ( like FarFetch) these costs are refunded on return of an item by the selling company. So you could to alot better than you are doing now.
And in response to your reply :)
Farfetch have ALL taxes and import duties applied at the time of sale - matches fashion does not. Your company could do this - allowing full refund of import taxes and duties from your end. Take a look at your competitors site and do a trial run :)
