Excellent experience

Excellent experience whilst supported by Ray. So much easier than I expected and I was very nervous not having done this before. Ray also gave me a code to get a discount ray-1, which was really appreciated.

Great assessor but awful that you have to wait another 6 months for help

The assessment was great and he was kind and supportive throughout the process. What is not ok is to then leave people with no way forward for another 6 months. To be told that you cannot even discuss medication and that there is another 6 month wait after waiting several months for the assessment is awful. My children are with ADHD360 and they have both been assessed far quicker than I was and they were treated straight away.

Nothing works correctly

The quote would not progress no matter what I did and kept taking me back to the beginning. I tried phoning for support but took ages as the computerised system did not register when I chose an option on the keep pad. Eventually got through only to be told that they do seem to have problems when people use smart phones and we can't actually help you. Nice lady that I spoke to though

Very impressed

Our iphone7 turned up 2 days ago. I ordered one that was in excellent condition so should only have minor scratches. I was beyond impressed, the phone is immaculate! Not one mark on it! Everything seems to be working very well on the phone also. I can't really review the battery as it is early days, but it looks great so far. Would def use this company again.
