Baby Sam good experience - Bad deliver service by Post Nord

The babysam order and entire experience in the website was very good. However, the Post Nord deliver was bad – to say the least. We just paid 55DKK to get the baby crib deliver at home, because we have no car and I am very pregnant to be able to help my husband carrying weights. Worldwide, mail deliveries are normally notified 1 day in advance and you have the chance to agree on the delivery date/hour or to reschedule if needed. We had a doctor consultation, and we were advice in the same day (morning) that the deliver was going to happened (no hour period was indicated). We were left with the (only) choice of asking to leave it at the apartment door – in order to avoid walking and carrying it on foot. Surprisingly, the crib (a box 1,70meters tall with 15kgs weight) was left on SuperBrugsen Vejgård to be picked up, and the baby pillow (a box 30 x 20cms long with 400grs weight) was left in our doorstep. It is not about the 55DKK value, but instead the principle of paying to get a specific service that Post Nord didn´t do. Letting us guess that the delivery person did not want to come up 1 floor in a new building with an elevator. It terms of overall satisfaction, it will be on our minds next time we need to order heavy items again from Baby Sam.
