Extraordinary customer service
I ordered wallpaper to the store, meaning to pick them up, but a sudden family issue meant that I had to change plans. With a waiting-free phone call, my wall paper got sent home to me. It arrived the next day. I am so grateful for this customer service.

I couldn't pick up my package
I couldn't pick up my package! I gave it a really bad address but when I noticed it I wrote to customer service. I said so sorry but the package is there at the pick-up point I try there.

Färghuset is my absolute favorite store, when it comes to products and know-how about the goods they sell. Great service and friendly staff. They have helped me with paint, tiles, advice on how to solve certain difficulties such as, how to remove glue and twigs through blows in wood, etc.
