Miss leading about the joining fee says you don’t have to pay but makes you pay one month up front anyway!

A joining fee is required once at the start of the membership, taken with the first month access payment. As you were able to use a £0 joining fee promotion, this was removed meaning only your first month of access payment had been taken.
