Great product quickly delivered

Great product quickly delivered. It's definitely improved over the old version with the grippier surface and longer roller. Absolutely love it!

Not a scam, but avoid

I ordered 6 ferns from glasplants.ie without having read any of these reviews, one of which says it's a scam. I can confirm that it isn't actually a scam because I got my money back, but they're not very competent and I had to ask twice for a refund when the plants didn't turn up, or even get sent. I note that their shipping policy says "Our aim is to get you your furniture as quickly and safely as possible" and goes on to explain that the plants will come flat packed and may require light assembly. Hmmmmm. So it looks they're using some kind of generic service which is obviously not up to standard.

Best customer service I can remember

I accidentally booked a journey twice and although both tickets were non-refundable I asked by email if they would refund me in the circumstances. Only 6 minutes later I received a detailed, understanding and very informative reply. They told me why it had happened - I had left the original booking in the shopping basket when I decided I was unsure at the last minute. And they asked which one I wanted refunded. The difference in cost was only about 50p but it was nice to be asked. This was actually the best customer service experience I can remember having. Things are usually so bad these days. It's even prompted me to write this review.
