Really poor service, I wanted to give an Irish company business but will not order from them again (this is about the 5th order and the service has deteriorated considerably over time). First of all, they didn't have the plant I ordered and paid for in stock, that's fine that happens, so I ordered a different one (5th of August expected delivery now the 22nd). They need to get their act together because it takes more than a tastefully designed website to provide proper service.

Don't not use this company. Ordered weeks ago and still not delivery. Completely untrustworthy. I'm in the process of reporting to trading standards.

Absolutely disappointed to the lack of customer care. Placed order on 1st of March, 2 weeks later I contacted Glasplants.ie to see was my order being even considered to be processed, their reply was that one of my plants was out of stock?! After further correspondence they assured me my order was on high priority, scheduled delivery for the 28th of March, waited home for the whole day and they didn't turn up! Asked for a refund, said they would, founds not received as of 22nd of April ask for a refund again and only today I received refund confirmation email! I'll have to wait for that to process if it will process at all... not sure if scam or just general lack of customer service and care at it's finest. Wouldn't recommend at all!

I ordered 6 ferns from glasplants.ie without having read any of these reviews, one of which says it's a scam. I can confirm that it isn't actually a scam because I got my money back, but they're not very competent and I had to ask twice for a refund when the plants didn't turn up, or even get sent. I note that their shipping policy says "Our aim is to get you your furniture as quickly and safely as possible" and goes on to explain that the plants will come flat packed and may require light assembly. Hmmmmm. So it looks they're using some kind of generic service which is obviously not up to standard.

Leaving this review also because I read another one here that got me worried about my purchase. Luckily though, my experience was great. Bought a plant with them that had its delivery scheduled within days. I received the plant today and it is *gorgeous*. It's in far better shape than I was expecting it to be. I'm delighted. So much so, I'm ordering more from them. Fingers crossed, the quality and service will be the same.

Just a heads up for those buying with them: this shop is a SCAM! Had to open a dispute through my bank in order to get a refund. Gladly they were quick to spot the website is fake.
