Easy to claim with great service

Post Office Claims to date have been effortless. I simply notify them of the vets and what the issue is that is being treated and they do the rest with prompt payment.

Appalling service

We were in all day and driver didn't ring the bell. Gift has now been stolen. Would help if drivers were given training in how to ring bells and leave in safe places e.g. neighbour rather than on the front door step in London which is inviting theft.

Delicious fare from Mindful Chef

Have only used Mindful Chef a few times but so far every recipe has been delicious and the quality of the ingredients is superb - really fresh and tasty. My only quibble is the packaging as the sauces are all individually wrapped so it would be even better if it arrived in tin containers that we could send back.

Great Service

I ordered a Xylophone for my daughter through Amazon and it arrived damaged from its journey. Gear4Music team have been friendly, quick, prompt and responsive in exchanging it. The service was great. My daughter adores her replacement Xylophone- it emits a lovely soft sound. Its easy to put up and put away.
