NOT TO BE TRUSTED

Circular run around from this crew who gave me 2 different delivery dates, then told me the stuff was delivered, and I have no parcel. Pointless phone and whatsapp contact. Now they say I must contact sender - I get the feeling that my parcel has been "lost" and they want me to sort with retailer.... NOT TO BE TRUSTED

Abusive salutations used in Evri's…

Abusive salutations used in Evri's communication with me, that I'm forced to make because their service is so AWFUL (they say they've delivered; no parcel and no photo of where they left the item). Below is just one of their comms where they are abusive.... and they persist in being abusive. Hopeless crew....

Dreadful experience courtesy of Evri

Dreadful experience courtesy of Evri. Neom, you need to stop using Evri as it taints your brand. "Order delivered" claims Evri with no proof of WHERE - cannot find the item they claim to have delivered, so I have to raise the issue with their CHAT. The email I get back bears the salutation "Mind Business B**ch".... I can see the funny side, but I dont want any dealings with grubby Evri, but Ive now got to in order to "find" my order. Is this the "experience" you have in mind Neom, because Evri is forcing your customers to put up with it....

Cant read an address

Cant read an address, and then leave me a black screen as a photo proving place of delivery....

So now I get the major run around courtesy of their drivers....

UPDATE 6Jun25 - they claim to have delivered a parce;l from Neom today which isnt there - no photo of which wrong address they left it at. Contact CHAT and get a reply with the salutation "Mind Business B**ch. Wow - they are even more trashy than I thought....

Rubbish leather sliders.

Leather sliders received 27 April 25, worn 6 times and fell apart on 16 May 25. Complained to Customer Service who have done nowt other than whine about how busy they are. No doubt theyll find time to get all defensive in response to this review. Utter rubbish

We offer a wide variety of products, many of which are in stock at our logistics centre for immediate dispatch and others are listed with a longer delivery date, meaning they come from other warehouses.

When you select one of these products you are given an estimated delivery date based on the transit time of the product to our logistics centre (from where all orders are sent) and the shipping time according to the transport company you have chosen.

We do our best to constantly improve our service, but occasionally, due to stock shortages, duplicate orders and working in real time with stock, some products are shown in stock but may be temporarily out of stock or delivery may be delayed.

In this case and unfortunately, we can only pass on to our customers the delivery times indicated by our suppliers.

Remember that you can modify or add items to your order from your account or cancel the order at any time if you prefer not to wait any longer for a product.

On the contrary, you will receive an email as soon as the order is shipped with the carrier's tracking number and the invoice.

We have taken your comments into account and have forwarded them to the relevant department in order to continuously improve and take measures to improve the quality of our services as well.

Beautiful paint that seems to cover…

Beautiful paint that seems to cover even better than it used to. Fantastic, helpful staff at Oxford Headington shop.

...but at eight quid for a "premium" one inch paint brush, I was really disappointed to see that it was made in China! Ooosht!! Come on F&B - have some self-respect! I'd pay more for a brush made in England.

My food retailer of choice

My food retailer of choice. I trust their products to be good value, or for premium wares I choose their Taste the Difference range, which in my experience equals or betters anything I can get in Waitrose (and is better value). I can get a bit grumpy about Sainsburys pricing the same item differently in different parts of the store ie monkey nuts; dried pulses. Sometimes even thir taste The Difference fruit and veg isnt as good as M&S (but then I cant get everything I want in M&S...). So for 5 stars Id like consistent pricing, AA grade fruit and veg, and slightly happier staff....

Abysmal!

Abysmal!! Order placed on 3Dec in-store will not arrive before Christmas, according to their customer service team, who took 2 days to respond (they said its because they have had so many orders = they cant cope with an order 22 days before Christmas!!). This is a brand/shop that is no longer what it was. In attempts to find out what happened to my missing order it became apparent that many customers around the globe have been utterly let down too. Don't believe the outdated hype re this crew, and despite the very high prices, they CANNOT deliver. Any standard supermarket achieves what they cannot, on a daily basis. Oh, and they wont refund for 14 days - so they've had my money for 28 days, I've got nothing to show for it, and its abundantly clear that they don't care....

Need something in the WRONG PLACE on the WRONG DAY? This bunch (under the Fortec Distribution banner) can just about manage that... 500kg of firewood dumped and then get accused of making it up! Avoid this lot like the plague, and pay for a proper company.
Fortec/Pall-Ex are staffed by dimlows, and there isnt a grown up in the building....

500kg of wood delivered to the wrong address on the wrong day. No offer to rectify or redeliver. So if you don't fancy having to shift your order from wherever they choose to leave it (took me hours to retrieve my wood), I'd recommend that you choose a different company. Oosht!

What a waste of time

What a waste of time! Trying to add my new laptop to my existing AVG PC-Tune Up Subscription - ooosht!! Subscription says I can have up to 10 devices on my c£70 pa subscription but they give no clues on HOW to do this on website. "Chat"? They dont respond, and phoning is a waste of your life. At least the CONSTANT pop-ups remind me what a bunch of bots they really are....
