Waste of money

In the past we enjoyed it here, we had food twice and both times it was awful so we haven't eaten there since. It's really cheap food (like smart price) This time and last have been very poor. We will not visit again.
Beware of add-ons £35 to wear robes and slippers for one hour. £46 EACH to extend massage by 25minutes! And extra if you go at weekends.
My husband's massage was far too rushed, he asked her to slow down. My massage was one repetitive stroke for about 20 minutes on my back, same movement used on whole body, no kneeding or skills whatsoever. The facial treatments you can tell are very basic cosmetics, no luxury smell or feel. Very basic cleanse, tone and moisturiser which took around 5 minutes then the very young girl just massaged the back of my next for 10 minutes. Again repeated movement. Staff were friendly but very inexperienced. Parking is a nightmare. Very small tight spaces on a diagonal. It's also looking very outdated and dirty now. I'm guessing it hasn't had a good scrub in all the years we've been visiting. The owner can be quite rude too, we have seen her arguing with people on the front desk before. By time you've paid for all the add-ons there are much better deals on here. Don't waste your money.

Disgraceful company

Disgraceful company! They have salesmen going round touting for work which is fair enough...what isn't fair is when they're telling people the window cleaner they've had for over 15 years has finished/folded when he hasn't! I'm pretty sure this is actually illegal. The salesmen are so pushy and will come back relentlessly to take other local lads work off them. Another big company trying to take over and put local workers out of business. Don't give this company your email address or phone number as they'll automatically book you in, my neighbour made it clear he didn't want a window cleaner yet they pushed for his details, now he's on their system getting charged for work he clearly said he didn't want doing because they pushed for his email & number. Another vulnerable, elderly neighbour was told her window cleaner (of 15 years) wouldnt be back...just to claim the job. Dirty tactics just to get the comission in. The windows arnt even cleaned properly, they leave peoples patios flooded, people complain constantly & it's difficult to get through to anyone to cancel the service you never asked for. Don't answer your door to these salespeople & find your self a local, traditional window cleaner with experience rather than this money grabbing company that will leave your windows looking worse than they started!!!

Excellent gym

Excellent gym, relaxed friendly atmosphere. I've never seen a gym so clean & staff religiously cleaning equipment throughly. Really friendly, helpful staff always around when needed. Excellent equipment all in perfect condition. Very spacious, light & lots of areas you can go to for a quiet spot. Love the book corner & often swap books. Changing room & facilities are exceptional & again spotless. By far my favourite gym.
The only thing I would ask for is another Barbell cushion pad as it's often in use but that's a minor issue. 10/10 for pure gym.

Most of the cans of pop were damaged

Most of the cans of pop were damaged, a bag of sweets was all stuck together & it took a week to be delivered. But besides that there was great choice & the delivery cost was the best I could find. We place big orders over £50 a time, our usual shop has closed down so gave this one a try but will probably order elsewhere next time.

Great offer but impossible to book in!

Great offer but booking in is horrendous. There should be a way of checking before ordering otherwise you have to ring round all the locations first. The one I booked was showing available on the direct website but unavailable when I phoned to book. Really frustrating!
