The office team were very helpful and great communicators. Picking up the vehicle was so easy with no additional surprises. An excellent briefing on the vehicle operation was given along with detailed instructions on how and where to return the vehicle. Overall a very professional company which I would gladly recommend and use again.
Cant stop the monthly charges!!! Slow followup service here. I purchased 2 x e-sims for 30 days whilst on holiday in UK and it's automatically renewed without my permission, I cant stop it on the App so have emailed 4 times to stop ongoing payments, Ive had apologising replies but nothing has stopped the charges. The e sims were great to use in the UK and Ireland but if you cant get followup service and stop continued charges theres a big problem here! 15/10/25: Thankyou, I have now received the refund.

We are sorry for the difficulty you’ve had in stopping the auto-renewal. Our plans are set to renew automatically unless cancelled in advance, but this should always be straightforward to manage via the app or by contacting our support team.
We understand that you have experienced issues deactivating the auto-renewal feature from the Lyca Mobile app. To investigate further, please share a screenshot of the error message with us at trustpilotreview@lycamobile.com, and we will get back to you with a resolution.
Upon checking the details the Lyca Mobile number (******2086) no active bundle however for the another number (*****5217) still the auto renewal is activate, we have deactivated the auto renewal and initiated refund.
I purchased Jetpac eSIM for 1 x month in NZ. I had one small setting glitch on one phone but it was sorted so easily by the service team. Brilliant follow up service by WhatsApp. Easy setup too for my 2x NZ eSIMs (1month)

Great selection of caravans to choose from and an easy to follow process. I like the way each van is privately owned, cared for and delivered ready for a stress free holiday. The Camplify process was flawless and communication with each owner very personal. Looking forward to a relaxing vacation.
I rang and spoke with Ajay re a credit for an unwanted subscription that I must have accidently joined. The credit was given over the phone and confirmed by email without hesitation.
