I recently ordered an afternoon tea from this website, which unfortunately appeared to get lost in transit. It said it was delayed and still hasn't arrived. Fair enough, not the company's fault, and they sent out another with a different delivery company. However, the same thing has happened again to this new one! I don't know whether they don't believe me as it seems so unlikely (although they have the tracking same as me so can see that it has not been received), but I have tried to contact them about six times now over the course of the last week and they have simply ignored every email. I don't blame them for the problems with delivery as that is out of their hands, but the shoddy communication has let them down massively. Right now I'm out of pocket, with no afternoon tea, and am being totally blanked.

Placed an order for a Christmas present on 8 December. The order was never sent but my card was charged. On 23 December I requested that they cancel the order as obviously it wasn't going to arrive in time for Christmas. They refused, saying it had entered the dispatch process. However, it's now 9 January and it still hasn't been shipped so clearly they lied about this. They claim someone senior will get in touch but again, I have been waiting a long time for this. I have no alternative but to take it up with my credit card company now.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering! First order I placed was fine and arrived, second however is another story. It is marked as processing, can't seem to cancel it, but they ignore my messages asking when it will be dispatched. It is a Christmas present which I ordered in good time but am now doubtful I will get it in time.

Product was showing up as in stock when I ordered, but hadn't arrived after a period of time so went online only to find out that they are still waiting for stock. The estimated shipping day is always the next day from when I check. There has been no communication from the company and they ignore the messages I try to send via the online chatbot thing. This was my first time ordering with them but will be my last. Since this is Christmas bedding, if it doesn't arrive soon, it won't be worth having.

I opened this account a few years ago and forgot until recently that I had money in it. When I logged in I did a few spins and won a decent sum. I then tried to withdraw it, but my payment card had expired and so they asked me to send in a bank statement and bank details, which I did straight away. Since they I have heard nothing back from them, despite sending in several emails. Right now they have got hold of my money and don't appear to be paying out. I wouldn't recommend this company as they are completely ignoring me and I can't understand why!

Really like the products - the hand gels are brilliant for my young daughter who likes to take the disney princess ones in her school bag - but they are quite pricey and shipping is unreasonably expensive if you order through their own site. Makes sense to find the products elsewhere instead. They also promised a ten pound voucher for filling in their survey, which I did, only to then be told that the voucher was for the first 100 respondents only (no mention of this in the initial email). This has put me off them quite a bit as makes them seem less trustworthy and now I probably won't use again.

Joke of a casino - won't accept my bank statement as proof of address, even though it has an address and dated transactions, purely because my bank (RBS) doesn't issue statements with a date at the top of the statement itself, only within the transaction information. Never had a problem with this before. Clearly the people who work for them have no common sense. I don't know how they expect me to magic up a special bank statement from my branch, which is produced especially for me.

Can't believe they consider Dundee to be in an 'extended' area of the UK and want to charge £40 to ship there....it's a major city and not that far from either Edinburgh or Glasgow. Mind you, they think Paisley is 'extended' too. Their idea of geography is bizarre. Shame as they must lose a lot of customers.
