I placed an order with IWOOT on 9th December with an estimated delivery time of two weeks. Unfortunately, there was no communication or update from the company within that timeframe.
In late December, I received an email apologising for the delay and advising that any concerns could be addressed via a website link. However, this did not lead to any resolution. Then, in late February, I received another notification—still without the product—and found that the provided link was no longer functional.
Since then, the company appears to have launched a new website (while retaining the same trading address). When attempting to log in using the original order details, there is no record of my purchase.
Overall, this has been an extremely frustrating experience with a complete lack of transparency and customer support. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend IWOOT and will be reporting the matter to Trading Standards.

Ordered on Jan 1st for Black series helmet. Apparently "encountered a processing error so I've raised this for you" on 16th Feb Still no word currently on March 9th. Now the have seemed to have changed there website and I can no longer log on to my account and all links in previous correspondence or order confirmation. REALLY?? Should have headed te reviews. Terrible!! Now thinking I have been scammed

Just received my package and I can not fault the purchase from
Start to finish. I ordered a SpongeBob Funko pop for my Grandson. The box was well packaged which was lovely to see. I contacted the Customer Service Team yesterday just as a rough guide when my parcel will arrive, they confirmed it’s today and even gave me the tracking number. Will definitely buy from here again

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AND REFUSED RETURN…
Ordered a hat that came about a month later with no communication what so ever and then to my surprise the hat arrived with no “ premium cotton bag” or even a box so i returned but they sent it back to me because it “smelt of smoke” yet nobody in the household even smokes!!!
If you packaged your items correctly how they are advertised instead of falsely advertising your products maybe they would avoid picking up unwanted smells during storage and transit which is clearly where the item picked up the smell… pathetic, trading standards informed

Received a message today, 17/02/2026 saying the gift I ordered as a Christmas present was going to be delivered this Thursday. Couldn't get a refund when I asked. Couldn't get it cancelled long before it should have arrived either. Ordered at the start of December.

3 items ordered before Xmas 25 with a 3-5 day delivery given. Only 1 item arrived during this period. By early January 2 items had still not even been processed and as originally intended as Xmas presents I wrote to cancel order. Receiving no confirmation of cancellation I wrote again stating items have not been dispatched please do as I ask and do not take monies from my account. On 23.1.26 one item was cancelled but one still remained. I received notice that company was having computer issues. I wrote again saying cancel the last item and do not take monies from my account. When looking at my bank account later I was very angry and frustrated to see monies had been taken from my account for the last item and in due course it arrived. Can only say what an unprofessional practice from start to finish. Delivery date was not true as - goods were not even in their possession. Several attempts to cancel order ignored. Monies taken from my account when specifically told not to on two occasions.
So annoyed and unimpressed.

Fraudulent company.
I placed an order for a Christmas gift on 11th December 2025, which their checkout told me would be delivered on the 12th.
By the 22nd, their published last dispatch date, it still hadn't reached me. So I contacted them via their online contact system in their account centre asking if it would likely be delivered by Christmas.
I had no response to the message, so by the 24th I contacted them again requesting the order be cancelled, and explained that as a Christmas gift, it arriving after Christmas was no use to me.
By the 21st January I had still received neither my order or any reply to either of my contact attempts, so I raised a dispute with my card provider.
Magically, 3 hours later, I got a dispatch note for the order, or rather for half of it, which then showed up the following day.
I contacted the company again on the 22nd January telling them that I had already disputed the transaction, no longer wanted the order, and wanted to return (unopened) what they had shipped me.
To date (13th Feb) Iwantoneofthose/THG/Zavvi have never replied to any of my 3 contacts.
They cannot deny that they received them, because they still to this day show up as messages within the "customer service contact centre" within my account, showing the dates I contacted them and the content of each message, and the "Last Replied" timestamp simply says "-".
They have now provided dishonest information to my card provider telling them that they had shipped my goods (after the dispute was raised) then contradicted themselves to say they'd only shipped *some* of the goods because the rest had been requested cancelled (when I had requested the entire order be cancelled), but that they couldn't refund me because of the dispute (there was a month between me requesting the cancellation and raising the dispute, this comment clearly shows that they only even tried to action part of the cancellation after the dispute was received).
So just over 2 months after placing an order, I did not receive the order in the timeline I was supposed to, they've completely ignored 3 contacts I've raised with them, but they have found the time to lie to my card provider about their failure to either deliver my order on time or cancel it.
Update 14th March 2026: It should surprise no-one reading this review that despite the below response promising someone would look into and contact me, a month later I have still had no communication whatsoever from these thieves. Who, again, have literally taken my money, provided nothing in return for it, and lied to my card provider about what they've done.

I needed to cancel an order no one at fault just a pre release which would be too late for me to give as a present. Spoke to Mike who instantly understood my problem. Sorted and cancelled immediately perfect service very impressed.

Terrible communication, delivery delayed. Should have been 4 days but 9 days later still hasn't arrived.
I had to reach out 3 times to find out 1 item want available so was stalling delivery of 3 items.
Never updated me, 24 hours to get back to me each time I tried to find out what was happening, no apologies, still charged for postage... just inefficient all around and missed getting products in time for mates birthday.
Will never use again and suggest everyone be wary about their delivery dates.

Quick update, I posted a review with the hope this might get iWoot to actually reply to a message and shock of shocks they did, eventually after another month they cancelled the order and said I’d get a refund, I did but it was missing the postage id paid for, only a couple of quid but not the point..they didn’t deliver anything. Be careful using them as their customer service is shit and you’ll likely not receive what you ordered, get short changed on a refund or probably both, I placed my order on dec 14th 25 and it was resolved on the 9th of feb 26, I will never use them again that’s for sure!

It took weeks and weeks for part of an order I did on black friday (in November) to arrive with really poor communication - One item is still missing (mid-Feb!) and I've had no communication or refund for this, despite messaging several times.

I placed an order in early December that was supposed to arrive a few days later. When it wasn't arriving I contacted the company and tried to cancel the order, they argued this saying it wasn't possible but eventually I got an email saying my order was cancelled and I would be refunded, this email was received on the 17/12/25. Out of nowhere on the 5/2/26 I received an email saying the order was dispatched and was expected to arrive on the 9th of December. I checked my bank and no refund had ever been received, I immediately contacted iwoot and they replied today with an automated message saying it wasn't possible to cancel it since it was dispatched, which seems unlikely since it's supposed to arrive in December! Joke of a company, useless customer services, still waiting on a refund that was supposed to be processed in December.

I ordered in November, nothing ever delivered. Apparently couldn’t cancel the order as it was “awaiting despatch” - for over 2months. Despite repeated promises that they would refund me they never did so I had to do a fraud report and get money back from my bank
