"its particularly busy time of year",

No item and no information...

I’ve won an item at Auctionet auction round 4 weeks ago including delivery and insurance ( all paid straight away) , I still don’t have my item and no information , UPS update shows damage and return to sender ( Auctionet) ,however no information from Auctionet.
I’ve send 2 emails each already to Auctionet and directly to auction house but I’m still waiting for reply. Starting to regret I’ve bought anything from that site.
