The unit arrived earlier than I was told. Very pleased with that. I am happy with the unit, it's very different to my previous two Humax units, but I'm getting used to it and finding different things.

I was immediately greeted by a member of staff as soon as I entered Lakeland store . She told me where to go for the item. As soon as I entered the department, I was greeted again. Very pleasant experience. I purchased what I had gone for, a mattress vacuum, which is excellent.
