I have bought from them for about 4 years. I will no longer be buying after comments made by Katie Price about these curing cancer. Shame on everyone who attaches themselves to someone like KP - this company ruined their name with her.

I called to ask about my deposit and the woman on the phone is the rudest person I have spoken to in my 23 years. She is absoutely vile with no customer service skills at all. How are the owners allowing that? The management just take money for everything and you don't get your deposit back when you leave. They don't have anyone to collect parcels or post from and it goes missing. nobody on recepetion. Poor security. AVOID at all costs.
Every month they try and take £30-£40. I have no idea who they are. The emails bounce back, the website is fake. It's a scam. Meanwhile every payment that bounces charges me £12 and I am no in debt and about to be taken to court. Lloyds bank say they can't stop the payments. They have ruined my life and they don't care.
Changed a smart meter, but fitted it on the old pipe which wasn't legal with that meter as it was the wrong size. They were legally bound to fit the meter SAFELY and LEGALLY. They could have killed us and others. Now the boiler (2 years old) was shut down and disconnected to keep us safe and I'm furious and no one will help, reply, call me or tell me what is happening. They just tell me to wait and wait and wait. Promised calls never come. Time passes and they ignore me. I plan to go to the press and kick up an almighty storm because I am furious.
TELL ME WHO FITTED THAT METER - I plan legal action!

I've only bought cheap bits and bobs, but lots of them! So far I have been really happy. I did get one dud item, but they refunded me without having to return it. I'm not sure about the security aspect, but it's too late so far and I presume Temu are improving it due to all the rumours.

The best customer services and service I have ever had. They're so great. Managed to fix a 12 year old oven that was still like new. You pay for quality but you do get it with Miele

Used them fine for years - never missed a payment or made one late. Suddenly they started to refuse me. I have 999/999 credit and no missed payments in my entire financial life. They wouldn't allow an appeal, they said it was done my a computer and there was no way to override it. Rubbish service.

The actual item is amazing and helped me give up vaping. HOWEVER, the cartridges and other items are out of stock so you get started and then can't carry on, therefore having to go cold turkey when you weren't expecting it. Also, they make you pay extra for insurance although you are insured by Royal Mail automatically. I refused to pay and of course, sod's law the next parcel (which wasn't Royal Mail but Evri) was delivered the wrong address and lost. If I had known it was Evri I would have taken the insurance, although it would have been pointless I suspect as I tried to get in touch, but they NEVER reply to messages, to emails, to live chat and there is no phone number to call. I will be going to my credit card supplier to get help, but it's a huge inconvenience. There are new products coming out that do the same thing so while I really recommend the idea, maybe try another company who is reliable.

We have updated the shipping protection so it's not automatically selected and checkout, and I am sorry to hear that your order was stole. I was unable to locate your order with the name here, but if you did not receive a reshipment of refund for this lost order please reach out to support@breathfum.com.
The phone came up as worth £185 and that seemed reasonable as it worked fully, had never been used a day without a protector and case, and was worth about £250 as 'broken and for parts' and about £400 as 'used' to sell on ebay.
They came back to me and said there was discolouration on the screen - I have never noticed, but ok, fair enough. They devalued it for that as they said it needed a new screen.
Next they said battery health was 80% and so devalued it again. Again, I can't prove the battery health as I have never had a single problem with it so had no cause to look.
They also said it was paint chipped which it absolutely was NOT - if there was a chip in the paint then they dropped it, because it left here like new and that I DO know.
What followed is what really upset me though. They claim it had a scratched screen, so it would be devalued again for this. Why charge me for a scratch when you have already charged me to change the whole screen? Seems unfair to me and again, I dispute this scratch.
Spoke to a chap on the phone at TWIG, explained everything on the report and they offered £141 with all the damage reported by Mazuma and said it would stay that price unless the damage was "significantly worse than Mazuma's report...and I mean SIGNIFICANTLY worse"
So, I have asked for the phone back and having used Mazuma loads over the years without issue, I now won't use them again.
When trust is lost, it's lost.
What a shame. If I had felt it was a genuine report I wouldn't be upset, but I feel it wasn't fair and didn't display genuine findings unless something catastrophic happened in transit, which I doubt very much.

Expensive, but the longest lasting perfume I have ever used. I've never actually smelt my own perfume all day before. I won't go elsewhere now. Shame they're a bit expensive.
