It was awesome

It was awesome! Great facilities and equipment. Very spacious. I did 2 classes and they were great. V happy I joined! Also the assistant manager there was so helpful.

Hi Tanya- Thanks for taking the time to leave this review! We want to provide our members with a safe space in which they can get a great workout in and do so, in a clean and friendly environment. We do our very best to provide a wide range of classes, so that members have a variety of ways to workout and also do so, in a short amount of time, as we understand some members are crunched for time or just prefer shorter (but effective) workouts. Took 4 weeks to receive 2 swimsuits

Took 4 weeks to receive 2 swimsuits, both of which were not true to size. Each message to customer service took so long to answer. Eventually got an answer confirming that I can get a refund if I send the swimsuits back. I sent Both back and I chose standard delivery because tracked delivery costs way too much. So yeah my bad because I can't orovide evidence of my return this way and my bad for thinking I could trust a company like this. It's 3 weeks later and they have told me that there is no sign of my package in their warehouse. Well that's a surprise, they took advantage of my situation because they know there's nothing I can do about it. So no swimsuits and 50 euro out of pocket. Don't buy from this company. Use ASOS or figleaves because they look after their customers.
