Black bikini for wife was ordered on 20th December and order was dispatched 22nd awaiting collection by courier. Delivery date was given as 30th Dec to 14th Jan.
Heard nothing since
Tried to contact BnW but no telephone number so used contact button and also customer services button 3 times....but there is no confirmation that the contact has been made so I don’t know if the company is aware of my issue......not helpful

Just want to know where the order is

I had ordered 4 bikinis and 1knitted…

I had ordered 4 bikinis and 1knitted bikini wrap. 1bikini was not of size and not the same as advertised. I have send everything they have asked for to prove my case (multiple time) and they state they will have there investigative team get on it. There should be a response within 24-72 hrs. Twice I've heard nothing from this so called team or anyone once they expressed there concern. All I asked for was the right bikini to be sent. The customer service is horrible. I will never deal with them again and don't recommend anyone else to.

Great communication

Ordered recently from them, the package arrived a little late because of the coronavirus situation. However, their bikini is excellent and the team was very responsive and proactive in communication, I had no problems. :)

I need feedback of my orders

O made my orderrs with many bikinis more than €100. It's been over more than three weeks and I have a problem because I need to receive them urgently. Emails don't respond and the facebook mensager takes or ignores some messages.
I have already indicated that they are in customs and I have asked how long it takes or if you have a contact from the local carrier so I know what's going on

No Customer Service Acailable

This is my 3rd ordering from them. The first 2 times were great but now I don’t know what happened with Customer Service. I have sent 6 emails to them which is the only way to try to communicate and have received no response. I received 2 pieces out of 8 ordered on 11/11/18. One of the two pieces I received is red instead of blue, which on the email I sent them I screenshot the order confirmation to show the color I ordered. No answers whatsoever. I don’t know where my other 6 pieces are and it’s been almost one full month since I ordered them. I’m hoping this review will trigger a response from them.

Cheap and good

I love how cheap the bikinis are and the fit and sizing is quite accurate so i am happy with that. As expected, the quality is not great, however good enough to last you a year :)

Chaotic sizes. Nothing fits well.

In response to your response - and threats.

Report away and look like the peddlers of inferior products that you are. i have paypal and bank receipts for the purchases. You want a consumer war, just go ahead and ask for it. Just remember that it is within my right as a European consumer to review a purchase according to its quality. Bullying will only confirm that you are only interested in good reviews, which you will not get from me.

Sizes are completely chaotic: huge bra and minute bottoms for one bikini, huuuge bottoms and minuscule bra on another. Both pretty much unwearable. Didn't bother returning them because postage costs more than both put together. Might wear what fits to the pool. If the chlorine eats them,no loss. In short,rubbish products.

Took 4 weeks to receive 2 swimsuits

Took 4 weeks to receive 2 swimsuits, both of which were not true to size. Each message to customer service took so long to answer. Eventually got an answer confirming that I can get a refund if I send the swimsuits back. I sent Both back and I chose standard delivery because tracked delivery costs way too much. So yeah my bad because I can't orovide evidence of my return this way and my bad for thinking I could trust a company like this. It's 3 weeks later and they have told me that there is no sign of my package in their warehouse. Well that's a surprise, they took advantage of my situation because they know there's nothing I can do about it. So no swimsuits and 50 euro out of pocket. Don't buy from this company. Use ASOS or figleaves because they look after their customers.

Great while you're ordering, just not if you have an issue with your order and want to return. Not responding to messages on Facebook or by email.

I ordered a bikini a month ago at the start of August I'm going on holidays on Tuesday and I need the bikini I tryed tracking the bikini and it just keeps saying it's in transit. I am extremely disappointed.

I'm still waiting for answers from customer service

I've tried in every possible way to get help from customer service, site, Facebook, and email.
But no one has ever answered me !!! I made an order on 28/07 (order # 4216) I asked how to draw the parcel because there is no chance on the site. I asked if it was in delivery or if it was already gone. But no one has ever answered me! I leave on August 5th, if I do not receive any response and I have not received the material, I think that the law will follow.

BIG SCAMMERS!!!

After supplying me with the wrong order that I paid for without confirming or informing me that they didn't have my size they went ahead and send me the wrong size mind you I bought two items and they both came in different times and they said they have two different warehouses so it got send at different times then when I asked for a refund it was all complications asking me didn't it fit you? And when I requested a refund it took them so long to reply I had to send another one asking why are you ignoring me and they made it as if it was my fault cause my tracking number wasn't "legit" even though it came from an Australia post and I did everything they instructed me too. They are now calling me a scam because I demanded $275 and it CLEARLY states in my email below to them that I did not want that $275 that was just the total of my bill I just wanted my jumpsuit in my size or a refund just for the jumpsuit and I did send it when they asked me the file properly didn't upload right but now I'm a scam and a liar but at the end of the day I'm a customer that had received the wrong order but yet Im getting accused that I'm a scam and a liar that wants to make easy money cause my life depends on that $275 so I need to scam it but my last email to them was KEEP MY MONEY ive had enough with their excuses but apparently now I want more lol. They claimed there was also other ways of solving this but never ever mentioned it to me cause they didn't want to help me just wanted to call me a scam and a liar even though it's their stupidity that went ahead and send the wrong size knowing that it's wrong LOL. Here bikini and waves use this email for your legal purposes that I tried to make easy money let me know how you go. Xx

So are you saying that I'm either lying or made that whole invoice up? I send it back to the exact address of the parcel I received like you instructed with my order number. Yeah people make mistakes or sometimes files don't get attached I didn't say it costed $275 to send it. What are you gona do on your end since you guys were the one that eff my order up and now giving me a hard time when I don't even have my money or jumpsuit so therefore YOU GUYS ARE SCAMMERS! If there is other procedures for this why don't you just do it or help me through it instead of playing around with me blaming it's because I reply once a month? I knew you there would be another excuse.

This client passed an order on November 11, 2016, and requested a refund on November 23. The standard procedure requires that the product for which a client is requesting a return, should be returned to our Czech Republic warehouse to the address we provided and a full refund will be issued on the same method of payment used initially. On December 14, the client said that she will return the package. Until February 21, 2017, we didn't hear anything from the client and nothing arrived in our warehouse from her side. On this date, the client is swearing to ask a refund again. We inform her again that we didn't receive anything from her side and we requested a tracking number for the returned package or a bill from the carrier she used for the return. On May 1, the client returns wearing saying that she wants a refund and but she never replied with any proof of return and we still didn't receive anything in our warehouse. On May 10 she provides us a ''tracking number'' that is invalid and can't be tracked together with a partial bill from Australian Post, saying is the one from her returned product. On the bill is written that the destination is China, not the Czech Republic where is our warehouse. no date is visible and the total amount is $289.05 which is impossible for a product with a weight of 240 grams. The client is requesting the refund of the product and claims that she paid $289.05 in shipping fees. We contacted Australian Post and the most expensive Express Tracked International package with that aforementioned weight is $50. Having said that, the client only wanted to take advantage of the situation and make some extra money easily. We are currently looking into taking legal measures against as we have proof that all this is just a scam.
