The prompt response to my claim initially,reported on Saturday and an appointment given for a surveyor to attend my property on Monday between 8am- 12 midday.
The claim form online was easy to complete, and excellent communication ensued from then.
The surveyor made contact to give an update on time of arrival. The surveyor was courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I felt reassured during the process and was contacted later in the day with a decision. An excellent example of how insurance claims should be handled.
