I was asked by the store's manager to place a review in an email he sent me insisting I had to place a review, good or bad, no matter what.

I have to be honest, I only ordered one vinyl from them because it was out of stock everywhere else and they were the only store that still had it in stock. Otherwise, I wouldn't have come across them at all.

Dispatch was prompt and the vinyl was well packed in a reinforced cardboard jacket. So that the actual transaction from ordering to receiving went very smoothly as it should.

I have but one niggle: from the moment I placed the order, my email address was bombarded with promotional emails from them breathlessly alerting me to their latest releases. While I understand a record store's need to advertise their wares, a once weekly email from them would have been more than enough. Hence the four stars.

The order was processed and dispatched very quickly. Everything on that front went very smoothly despite Covid restrictions. Packaging is solid and recyclable. The Pro 2 Stick Vacuum Cleaner we ordered is surprisingly quiet, has good suction and has the advantage of using dust bags (essential if a member of the household suffers from dust allergies). It's not too heavy and therefore comfortable to carry as a handheld. A good allrounder. The only niggle we can think of is the restricted choice of brush accessories; a smaller floor brush for stairs would be welcome.

Never received my order #19572 placed 11 August, despite writing emails. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
