Never received coffee

I ordered 6kg of coffee on 12th August.
I still have not received my order. There is no one answering their phone. I have emailed seven times twice receiving despatch promises but all promises never kept.
I have asked credit card company for a refund

Be very careful

We had used them before a couple of times and delivery was slow and communication regarding delivery not good - but now - we placed and paid for an order on March 22nd and have heard nothing, no answers to emails or phone calls, can't even get through on the telephone. As others have said, we understand that times are difficult, however we don't recommend ordering anything from this website or company, you'll say goodbye to your money as we appear to have done.

Where’s my order????!

Ordered on 19/03/20 taken my money but yet to receive my order!! I have emailed several times and tried calling but no answer!!!
I understand these are difficult times and hope all are safe and well within the company, but there must be someone within the company that can respond or if not then they shouldn’t be taking orders and people’s money! No notice on their site that they are closed...just a response would suffice that my money hasn’t just been taken...even if the order can’t be dispatched for another month, but I just want to know!

DO NOT TRUST TRUSTPILOT

I have learnt that trust pilot filter reviews. I have had one removed that trust pilot feel could not be verified as accurate despite the fact that the company in question had replied and I sent them correspondence from the company in question and the ICO. I would not trust reviews on trust pilot given this attitude to filtering true experiences - what is the point of a review site that filters negative reviews in this manner?

Think this company is a front for god knows what dodgy operation - but has good coffee.

I have been using this company for many years.

I really don't know why I keep going back as they are totally useless. Never answer phones, or emails, or chat windows. I have even threatened to go up there myself on previous orders - at that point they coffee comes quicker.

The only reason i can think of why i keep going back is i find it curious that companies like this can still operate - i try and guess how they are going to balls it up again because they do every single time. But I will say when the coffee does arrives its good. But be prepared to wait months (my current order is now in excess of three weeks late), but it has taken three months before.

I have been chasing them for over a week using all options and not a single noise out of them. If you are reading this luigi - my order number is #19254 you useless sods.

To add to my earlier review on…

To add to my earlier review on Espressodrinker.co.uk, I still have not received my international order which was made and paid on 29 Sep 2019. My order number is #19088. I complained to my credit card issuer and this company emailed me on 20 Nov 19 to say my order is now shipped without any details like shipment date and tracking number. This is highly likely a 'fake' company. Finally, take your own risk if you believe the good reviews.
