Highly delighted

Wonderful Restaurant totally exceeded expectations in every respect on what was now our third visit. Lovely to be able to relax in bar and have drinks brought to the table while reading the menu. Staff courteous throughout and food choices / quality excellent. Overall experience rates amongst the best I have enjoyed anywhere and certainly a cut above what is generally available. Our table was our own for the whole evening so we were able to relax and take full advantage of our babysitter!
Not inexpensive but very happy with value for money when everything considered.

Five Stars for Dr Rudolph, 0 stars for Customer Care.

I was entirely happy with the service and advice I received from Dr Rudolph but given the information provided during my initial conversation with the robot feel I was misled into paying for both the initial response and the totally unnecessary referral to him. Resolving the matter was a long and frustrating process which reflects badly on the professionals associated with the service

Review of Chase

Moved the goal posts

I was attracted to Chase given their cash back scheme and savings rates which were at the upper end of what was available at the time. They have since reduced the cash back benefit along with savings and deposit rates to levels which are less attractive than those on offer elsewhere. I may well close my accounts.

Delighted

From my first enquiry through to being discharged 9 months after my lens replacements I was treated with care and respect. So far there has been nothing to suggest that the procedure has been anything other than a total success. The fact that I no longer need to wear glasses for reading has greatly improved the quality of my life.
