I was browsing for a bed and mattress. After 3 or so minutes Luke came over to see how I was getting on. He was very helpful, and not pushy in any way. He left me to continue my browsing. After a while I had decided on what I wanted to buy. Luke was continually helpful throughout the purchase process, including the both of us, at my suggestion, going back to see the items that I had chosen. I would recommend him to anyone going to the Reading branch.

Looks like a great product (I haven't used it yet). Would of given 5 stars, but the packaging was a bit OTT. Was it necessary to use so much plastic wrapping?

The Windows and doors are good quality. The two fitters who installed everything were excellent. My only minor quibble is with Anglian's communication. They need to keep their customers aware of what's happening with their order, rather than the customer having to keep calling them up to ask.

Good response to the Wendover Woods 10k being cancelled. Offered my money back straight away. That is how to treat your customers!
