SUPERB QUALITY AND GREAT SERVICE!

We bought some plugs from Brookside, 350 of them, for winter bedding. Every single one of them was not only good but really well established little plugs.
We potted them on as soon as they arrived and they are already growing really well. Not ONE was sub-standard, which is amazing because I have ordered between 3 and 12 plugs from other Co's and have had to complain because about 20/30% of them were no good. They were replaced, so no issue, but I am astonished at the success rate of the products that Brookside sells.
This is not our 1st order, although bigger, and the same thing happened last time. Packaging is great, shipping is very quick, pretty sure that helps, but the quality is truly superb!
Well done guys, now I know who my preferred supplier is!

I started using T4 Trade just over a week ago with a small amount. I figured I would invest an amount I wouldn't miss too much if it didn't go as planned! You never know, right???
The initial conversation with Josh James was very informative, not pushy, helpful and thorough! Nothing was too much trouble and I didn't feel pressurised in any way, which was important to me!
I opened an Acc and was passed to Adam Jones, who is currently helping me, and has been supportive but not in my face either, again something I was worried about and important to me.
I was worried that I'd be bombarded by lots of pressure and sales jargon, none of which happened, and before signing up I checked Trust Pilot Reviews and noticed a few people saying about not being able to withdraw. Again, I spoke to Josh and Adam about this, and after a few days trading AND profit I decided to test to see who quickly I could withdraw.
I submitted the request and the money hit my Acc 2 days later! No hassle, no delays, no excuses!
So far so very good, very happy and although I am still new to this, I am glad I decided to take the plunge!

I used Focus Group recently to set up a telephone line via an App on my phone.
From the very start, my initial contact with Fred Barton, through to the consultation and installation the whole service was superb!

I have dealt with Howdens many many times over the years and have never really had a very good experience with "service"... My local Branch (Sittingbourne), on the exception I once dealt with James, has been very problematic and non-helpful although I HAVE had a few good experiences...
My Depot it Porth (South Wales) are absolutely fantastic! Helpful to the endth degree! My "local" Branch in Sittingbourne couldn't give a "s'!t", to be honest! It's like they do you a favor to serve you... (with the exemption of James who was fab!)
I hate complaining normally but I just spoke to Jamie in the Kirkintilloch Branch and he really very unhelpful! I was asking for items and he kept saying every time that "there were only 2 staff on" and they were busy but still wasn't helpful. I asked him about a different depth of kitchen larder unit and he said the only way I could do that was buy a bathroom cabinet and when I called back he said the bathroom cabinet was the same depth anyway! So, what was the point of that conversation????
I spoke to Brian who was a lot more helpful and the order is sorted now AND Jamie has since called back with a slightly more "gentle" note in his voice but OVERALL Howdens service leaves a LOT to be desired!
Try to be a little more like Porth! Friendly, listening, helpful, solution focused!
Sorry to have a rant but enough is enough...

Absolutely fantastic service from Emma O, she explained everything so well and patiently and listened to everything we wanted and packaged it beautifully! She even found us good deals on flights and hotel to complete the package and we will definitely use her again!
We were a little worried about booking over the phone but she soon put our minds at rest with her professionalism and efficiency!
