We have just booked a holiday to Portugal through Polka Dot Travel. As always, the staff at the Longton branch are so helpful and Erin explained everything to us as she went through the booking including the seats and transfers. Everything was double checked before proceeding with the holiday booking. I would definitely recommend a holiday through this local travel agent.

I ordered 2 Cadbury Easter hampers as prizes in a competition. I was kept informed throughout and happy to say they arrived a day early. I am sure that the lucky winners will thoroughly enjoy themselves once they receive them.

The new bathroom panel arrived on time though it hasn't been fitted yet. The only observations were that the instructions were for a different panel and the dowls broke as soon as we tried to put it together.

As always when we have booked a holiday through Polka Dot Travel, they make you feel so welcome and that nothing is too much trouble for them. We have just booked a cruise in 2027 having seen it in the window previously. It was not too much trouble for Donna Jones to research the different cabin types as well as the different options available so that we could study them before making a final decision. When I went in to book it earlier today, the office was busy with people waiting. I didn't have long to wait before being seen by Tara Griffin who made the booking for us as well as showing and explaining what to expect over the following months. She took time to show us the cabin types and explained what were the better options before making a decision. Really pleased with the service given by the Longton office. Thank you.

I saw the quick dry towel that my wife had for Mothers' day and knew I had to have one. I also saw some socks, which quickly ended up in my basket. Whilst I have not used the towel yet, the socks are brilliant as I have always struggled with keeping trainer socks on. I walked over 15 miles the other day wearing a pair of Oddballs' socks. They stayed on for the entire walk.

I have just booked a short break to Prague through Polka Dot, Longton. Donna was brilliant explaining everything, where the hotel was located and advice on where to visit. She even remembered my name from a previous booking made last year. The staff are so friendly and helpful and make you feel so welcome. I would thoroughly recommend using this travel agent and office when considering your next holiday as nothing is too much trouble.

We purchased a Mamaroo 5 chair in readiness for my great granddaughter arriving soon. I was given a delivery date and when I phoned a week later to confirm delivery, I was told that everything was on track and I would hear something by the end of the week. Within 2 days of the phone call, the chair arrived and I was kept informed all the time. It arrived 3 days early which was great for me as I could deliver it personally.

I was kept informed of when the engineer would arrive, who carried out the windscreen replacement in what seemed no time at all. The replacement was carried out very efficiently and there was no mess left when it was completed.

As usual, the quality of the tops and shirts are excellent and the fit is just right. Some tops from other sellers are usual too short but not these. As soon as they were dispatched, I was kept informed and they arrived within the time stated. Will buy again.

I have used APCOA parking a number of times and it is so straightforward to book. You need to ensure that you know where you can park and put in the correct details so that you have a hassle free stay. Will be using again over the coming months.

The waistcoat was exactly as described and a good fit. I was kept informed from despatch to arrival. I bought it as part of an outfit for a fancy dress party and had many comments about how good it looked.
