Great service

Great service.
Very good customer contact at all times.
Efficient and helpful.
All aspects of holiday covered and all questions answered.
Wouldn't hesitate to book directly with the agent Harris Brown although his colleagues were also extremely helpful.

Customer service experience I…

We have a problem with our cases and I contacted Kaye in customer services. From taking the phone call to her understanding of the issue, I can only say my experience was exceptional. She resolved our problem and within a few hours, our replacements had been ordered. I have never experienced such good customer aftercare in my life. Thank you Kaye and to Tripp

No problems at all. I would recommend Purplebricks every time.

My agent Tarun came round, we discussed the no nonsense approach to selling my property, he took the pictures which I was happy with and the advert went live when I decided I wanted it to go live. I like being in control of my own calander and my viewings which I chose to do myself. I know my property better than any agent and was able to answer any questions thoroughly and 'sell' my own property. My agent was there for support and always rang me back when I needed help with anything. We worked well together and as long as you are prepared to work with your agent to make a sale happen, it will. I have used traditional estate agents in the past who do nothing extra and in fact do less and charge an absolute fortune. It is incredibly difficult to get hold of them on the phone due to their business hours being 9-5, messages being forwarded and having to speak to different people instead of that one agent who promised you everything when they came to market your property! With Purplebricks you can communicate with your agent any time by leaving messages on their system and my agent always messaged or called me back promptly. Don't waste your money on traditional estate agents and move forward with the no nonsense, on line, easy communication (and in my case friendly agent agent) estate agency like Purplebricks.
