Knowledgeable and understanding

Contacted "Love it -book it" in relation to booking a cruise in 2028. Spoke with John Hull, who was very knowledgeable on the cruises on offer and their destinations.
It will be only my second cruise, the first booked for 2027, but John explained in great detail travel plans and cabin choice. (I did joke as his surname was "Hull" , was that the reason he was chosen to work on cruises)
Booked with ease and our friends also booked the same cruise.
Great service, nice one, thank you .

Great Service - Vet Box

Signed up to Vet Box last week for one of our dogs for her monthly wormer and flea treatment. Very impressed with everything, including the free treats (great touch, like that)
On the back of service we have had so far, signed our older dog up to another plan online but spoke to Sam in Customer Service to ask a question. Once again great service and she was very helpful and arranged for another treatment to be sent out this week and continuing deliveries every month for both dogs.
Really nice to just phone someone, explain a problem and get a resolution immediately. Well done Sam and Vet Box, great work.

I was in touch with a number of the companies that will buy your car. I was very impressed with the way Motorway took time to listen to me, advised me well and got even more for the than anticipated.

Superb service from Motorway and the local company in Bridgnorth that purchased the car through Motorway.
Realistic price given by Motorway that the local dealer gave me for it. No tire kicking, unreasonable comments or ridiculous "end price" as with one company I contacted "This Morning"
First class service all round, no hesitation to recommend. Well done!!

Move Me Closer (sorry it's been moved elsewhere)

I have been searching for the right used car for a number of weeks. After visiting numerous dealerships looking for my new car I saw the TV advertisement by Evans Halshaw for the "Move me closer" option.
From Evans Halshaw website I located the ideal car which was situated in Mansfield. Although not a million miles away from me I decided to use the
"move me closer" option to secure the vehicle. So on a Sunday morning,out of office hours, I went through the online application and paid the £200 deposit.
I received a confirmation email on the same day confirming my deposit and details of the vehicle I had secured. I even received an email trying to sell me "asset protection" for my new purchase.
I attended my local Stourbridge branch later that same day and drove a similar vehicle to ensure the engine drove as well as I had hoped. My local branch informed me that the representative from the "move me closer" team would be in touch. I then called the Mansfield dealership who informed me that it would be Stourbridge dealing with my order.
I once again followed this up with a call to Stourbridge who told me that the process could take up to 10 working days. Safe in the knowledge my vehicle was secured I stopped looking at cars and the ones I was interested were sold one by one and dropped off my auto trader watch list.
So 10 days after my order I get told that my secured vehicle was delivered to another branch and sold from there. Apparently someone secured the vehicle 30 minutes before me on the Sunday morning. I secured it at 0603 hrs so find that hard to believe!
Evans Halshaw still have my money. Each dealership is blaming each other whilst I am without the car I chose. So please beware of this service that they offer. It is flawed and I am very upset that it has happened to me.
Tell this account of my experience to your dealership and insist that you do not want it to happen to you.
