I was in the mater private for 3 nights.I go in twice a year My consultant is very good will listen to you want to say. The nurses who give me my infusion I couldn't say enough about her they care for you .
This time I was in a 4 bed room.
the whole place needs updating I couldn't have a shower the curtains needs to be changed at least once a week.
The window blinds are dirty and needs to be replaced.I think you get the message from this because it's about housekeeping.Now there is not enough staff to give good care to people.Last night there was 1 nurse on a lady asked for pain meds it was 2 hours before she got them
For once I didn't hear anything it was this morning both ladies were awake during the night and very upset and I can understand why..Now you would need to pull your socks up .

I had to ring about a damage item the Person who took the call was a great help .
I rang the Irish number.I would love to give him 5 stars will you be able to give him this message .I made the call around 3 o clock

I find it's hard to get the righ answer about a item i never received . Some item are good but others are for the bin.

I love Wish it's like a sweet shop pick what you like but i do find the cost of delivery has got high on small items

great service everythink was well packed.
