I repair garden equipment and have got to say that if you are considering purchasing a McCulloch item of any sort then beware. I wouldn’t touch them with a forty foot barge pole. Parts are ridiculously hard to get hold of and their communication is non existent.

I received 2 grafted tomato plants in a very distressed state on the 4th of May. They were not at all of the standard required. I emailed Suttons with accompanying photos and informed them that I was happy to hold them for a couple of days to see if they could recover. They did not. Since then I have emailed them 3 times and have had no response whatsoever. Absolutely appalling customer service.

It took only a couple of minutes to get things sorted.
