I had a Thompson & Morgan parcel delivered by Yodel. I got emails in advance to tell me the parcel was on the way and to give me a tracking number. The parcel was delivered and left in a safe space with a note through the door. It was a fragile plant, and the parcel was delivered in good condition and the right way up so that the contents weren't damaged.

I bought a black drape pocket dress and a belt from Yours, and paid extra for next-day delivery. The items arrived promptly and were as described. I had to return the belt, and the returns process was very quick and easy to set up. The dress is very soft and comfortable to wear. However, it had quite a strong chemical/smoke smell when it came out of the packet, and had to be washed before I could wear it. This is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

I bought three pairs of glasses from Select Specs, with both reading and intermediate prescriptions. The order process was easy, and selection of the different kinds of lenses was clear.

The production and delivery time was clearly explained when ordering, and I received several update emails to let me know when the glasses would arrive. They were sent in three separate packages, as they became available.

The only reason I've given 4 instead of 5 stars, is that the joint where the arm of the glasses meets the lenses doesn't feel quite as sturdy as glasses I've had from other companies, and I'm not sure how well they'll stand up to two years of opening and closing.

Always great products and services from Snag Tights. I ordered three pairs in my latest order, and one pair was limited edition which would be available in a couple of weeks. Instead of sending all pairs at the same time and later, they sent two pairs straight away, for no additional postage charge. The tights are comfortable and are in colours and sizes that it's almost impossible to find anywhere else.

Recently switched to Pure Planet and the process was very quick and easy. I received enough emails to keep me informed, but not so many that I felt like I was being spammed.

The online ordering system was easy to use. I received notification that my glasses had been sent to the lab, and then received them shortly after that (well within the estimated timeframe of 3-7 days).

Delivery of the glasses took a little longer than I'd expected, but other than that I was happy with the service. Quotes were easy to follow, email responses were quick and the reglazed glasses are excellent.
