Some advice.
I would suggest installing some new machine as pendulum squat, at least 1 more flat bench for chest bench press and 1 more multi power. We have to queue up all the time.

Awful customer service
I have ordered a large iced mocha at market square Saffron Walden on Saturday morning (13th August) and 3/4 of the glass was full of ice cubes. I am Italian and I know very well how it must be made. My wife gently said to the bar staff that the iced mocha was not made correctly and the lady on duty (I presume was the manager) was extremely rude and verbally aggressive. It was a horrible experience and we will not go there anymore.
