We had excellent customer service when dealing with a faulty broken knee pad inner. They answered emails fast and remedied the situation fast. New kneee pads are on the way for my son from the UK to New Zealand. Lol firears8to doing further business.

I purchased three items - two were fantastic. The third was disappointing and I lost it off the back of my bike within the first 5mins of cycling with it. I notified the Wiggle team and they arranged a refund instantly. Thanks Kirsty for your help!!!

I've been having problems with water in…
I've been having problems with water in my ears and infections for sometime. I've just started swimming lessons at a late stage in life and was worried about water getting in my ears. I've tried the swim seal drops but it didn't work that well. These ear plugs are comfortable, was a bit fiddly to get in at first. Had my swimming class last week and no water got in so I'm pleased. Would be nice if they came on a string so you don't loose them just in case they did come out

They send my order with 2 parcels and now one of them is stuck on customs...

Having looked into this for you, we can confirm that due to the size of your order, the order was split into two parcels. We can see that one parcel has been delivered and the other is with Customs.
Most orders outside of the EU will be required to go through Customs and as they run as a third party, we do not have control over this. We would advise either contacting the courier or contacting your local Customs office for further updates regarding your order.
