My wife booked a South Africa cruise to start on Jan 2026, but we had to cancel because she became terminally ill. The Loveitbookit staff had done a great deal of work on our behalf changing flights as we wanted a comfortable direct flight to Cape Town, and wanted an extended stay in Mauritius, before and upgraded flight home.
The travel insurance company was, as ever, petty mean on their dealings with us, but Loveitbookit were really great at providing information with great alacrity, and made a very sad time a little less stressful. I cannot fault their team and strongly recommend them. I will be coming back to them for my next cruise..
