We wanted to book a family cruise for 6…

We wanted to book a family cruise for 6 people, 3 cabins on the MSC Grandiosa for the Mediterranean. We got in touch with Cruisekings and were introduced to Kellie Buckland who was going to deal with our booking.
Kellie's professionalism and knowledge of the booking system was second to none. she advised us on every aspect of the booking and getting us the best price we could possibly ask for with discounts for past MSC passengers and over 65s (I'm not saying who they were though LOL)
Nothing was to much for Kellie and she kept us informed on the different phases through to the completion and confirmation of the Booking.
We will certainly be using Kellie and Cruisekings services again in the near future.

Jet2 City Break in Palma City

Staff and flights were as good as normal. However, the room we were allocated (546) at the Palma Melia Marina hotel faced a construction site and was in the shade most of the day. I would advise getting a sea view room if possible as it gets sunshine right through the morning and some in the afternoon with a great view of the Marina. Admittedly this wasn't in the full season which may bring more hours of sunshine.
The hotel and service was perfect and what we expect from a Jet2 City break.

Another Great Break with Jet2

Hassle free check in at both Manchester and Prague.
Punctual take off times. Hotel was 1st class.
All staff were very helpful when needed. Customer service was needed while waiting for our return private transfer. Although we were at the hotel entrance awaiting our transfer a driver came in with an entirely wrong name on his board. I challenged him a couple of times and showed him our booking as the the clock was ticking and getting closer to our departure time. He left and then returned after customer service had been in touch with his company. Panic was now setting in as we were pretty late although I can say it wasn't the drivers fault as he showed me the booking he had under a completely different name.
However, we reached the airport in time to check in but was a bit of a rush as he dropped us off at the wrong terminal which wasn't stated on our private transfer voucher.
