I was replacing an existing heat pump and took me a long time to settle on Aira. The whole process from the initial telephone enquiry, the sales team visit, the technical assessment to the actual installation was smooth, efficient and professional. it was also QUICK! The design coordination led by Liam and the onsite installation led by Phil (Ian, Aled, Mark, Louis, Scott etc.) absolute pro's at their jobs!

Consistently good! Ordered lots of different items at different times and never disappointed with the quality of the products delivered!

From the superb service provided by Simon Lees in Sales, Nikki in scheduling the build to the guys onsite Paul, Richard and Jordan with the base build and Adam and his team who built it in record time and couldn’t do enough to help with questions. In this day and age it’s rare to have such a great customer experience end to end! What a service!

Ordered two suits. I paid for an expedited shipping order that was delayed in dispatch and I called the customer service and spoke with Rachel. My shipping costs were refunded to me and my suits shipped out with next day delivery. Rachel confirmed in email what was happening and I was even sent a follow up email to reach out to check to see how the suits fitted and informing me that I had a personal assistant service allocated to me to reach out with any concern or issues!

Shockingly bad Customer Service. Constantly fobbed off after spending £799.70 on goods from this company that only operates Customer Service via electronic media. Totally dissatisfied with the performance of a £449.95 AQUAS Indulge Touch Flex Smart 9.5KW Chrome Electric Shower - A000392 that was replacing an older Triton 9.5kW model as part of a bathroom refit. Our previous Triton 9.5KW shower worked fine for years and was more powerful and able to deliver much higher temperatures in the same location! We were literally 3 days outside the 30 day refund period when we first contacted Victoria Plumbing as we couldn't have it fitted earlier due to 10 days self-isolation COVID period. Repeatedly asked if we could swap this for an alternative brand and that request was repeatedly ignored before finally informing us that they wouldn't replace it with an alternative. First 7 days they were giving me instructions for the wrong model of shower! CLEARLY THIS COMPANY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING ELSE FROM THEM AGAIN!

Booked with these people Wednesday afternoon for a trip that begins on Friday. 10 to 4 on Thursday afternoon they inform me that my dates are not available and my booking is cancelled!! Can't even get through to them on the telephone! I will never use them again!

Great pre-sales, answered all my queries and they were the cheapest price for the lawn tractor I wanted. FANTASTIC after sales service too - when I lost one of the ignition keys they organised a replacement free of charge that arrived within 24 hours! Really impressed!

Great range and superb prices. The delivery is very quick and you can track the parcels. The quality of the Tuxedo wear is excellent and I just kitted myself and my son out for a 2 week cruise. I had to return a couple of Items I mis-sized and the process is very simple and FREE. Very very impressed and will definitely use them again!
