Lack of returns instructions on seller sites. Poor after sales service.

Poor customer service.

Ordered two knee pad sizes via Decathlon website. Tried to return one back to store to be told it had to be completed online, and returned by post.

I tried to locate and follow the returns link but this proved challenging, as it was information only, and no option or instructions on how to generate a returns label. After several attempts on different occasions and found an email address; by the time I found this (after visiting store and redirected to website) apparently I’d gone over the 30 days. Confusing as Decathalon has a 365 day return policy so I was not panicking thinking there was time to find the return link.

Poor descriptions on website, or no information; I guess the company do this so that they receive less returns!

Stunning venue. Food on the sweet side. No spice level options. British Asian. (Not sure why the flag is incorrect)

Visited the Leicester branch.
I had higher expectation for this place, was expecting flavoursome & authentic food.

The decor and ambiance was stunning. The service was great, approachable & friendly staff.
Ordered from the gluten free menu (plenty of choice which was valued). Sadly was disappointed with the taste of food. Ordered a selections tapa’s dishes 5 in total with rice. The only dish which wasn’t sweet was the Angry bird, but very bland. The Treacle Tamarind Fries, MOWGLI sticky chicken and House Lamb dish were all too sweet, which got a little too much towards the end.

Awful customer service

Poor booking procedure. I couldn’t find a rate online, and was directed to call. The person I spoke to was patronising and crude! I was after three rooms room, but initially enquired about 2 rooms, 1 single and 1 double with cotbed (Leicester). He told me the rooms were all suitable for 2 as a standard but would need to gain authorisation to check if an additional cot bed could be included. I was informed of the two price options £42.00 cancellable and £35 non cancellable.
The advisor insisted I select which price option I wanted before proceeding; despite me explaining I was not able to commit until I knew a cot bed can be added. He then said I am not prepared to get authorisation unless you are prepared to book! Well I’m sorry I am not being pressured or spoken to like that. I am a customer and felt belittled by that response. If I don’t feel comfortable or fulling informed of the room
Options I cannot book.

I am currently booked in the holiday inn but I was told the prices here were a lot cheaper and closer to the venue I will be visiting, however after that conversation I will not be moving my booking. Your loss that three rooms you have lost out on, also as the rates were half the price at HI, I would have extended my stay to two night.

The person I spoke to has obviously not had any Customer service skills training, and if this hotel hires people of this nature I hate to think what my stay would be like. Poor poor service.

Time efficient

Easy to place and pay for order from this site. No fuss of having to register first. You can simply add item to basket and pay. Order completed within 5 minutes, great as having a baby in hand takes all your time.

Hoping the delivery process goes smoothly.

Can't rate 5 yet as item only just ordered, will give a 5 if we receive our items promptly and on good condition.

Review of Bathstore

Disappointed

Ordered samples, paid around £8 for two tiles. They came the size of a coaster so it doesn't help you picture the tile on your wall at all. The same size tile sample from b&q is £1, so I feel ripped off. Not sure I will be able to return them so wasted money. Will not be ordering tiles from here.

18/05/16: Appreciate the response from bathstore, although I still think the sample sizes should be reconsidered. Also the refund was made by cheque but in my husband's name. Not sure how this could have happened as my name was on the order.

I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy and would like to apologies for any confusion regarding the size of the sample tiles provided by our supplier. I have this afternoon raised a refund on the system for the value of £7.50 for the amount that you have paid for these samples. This will be send to you directly from our finance department and will be in the form of a cheque and will be with you within the next 7-10 days. Once again please accept my apologies.

Fantastic - Great Customer Service from the team.

The whole experience was fantastic. We visited the store twice, before returning to make a purchase. The staff were always welcoming and did not make us feel uncomfortable for taking our time to decide if we were going to make a purchase or not (even on our third visit!).
Even when I visited the store in Leicester, Fosse Park I received good customer service.

Everyone in the store had knowledge to offer on the product we were looking at - there was a good team environment in this store. It was evident that all the staff at Sofaworks were not only proud to work for the brand name, they were highly trained on the products and had very good people skills. Thank you to all the team at Sofaworks, Coventry especially Tom & Raj.

Even when I lost my phone they started a search team! They were fab.
Best experience I had out of the 4 stores we visited. Thank you... I am looking forward to receiving my sofa.
