Lack of returns instructions on seller sites. Poor after sales service.
Poor customer service.
Ordered two knee pad sizes via Decathlon website. Tried to return one back to store to be told it had to be completed online, and returned by post.
I tried to locate and follow the returns link but this proved challenging, as it was information only, and no option or instructions on how to generate a returns label. After several attempts on different occasions and found an email address; by the time I found this (after visiting store and redirected to website) apparently I’d gone over the 30 days. Confusing as Decathalon has a 365 day return policy so I was not panicking thinking there was time to find the return link.
Poor descriptions on website, or no information; I guess the company do this so that they receive less returns!
