I had the FibroScan done at an event and it was unbelievably quick and painless (~5 mins with no waiting before!). You receive a liver stiffness (fibrosis) score and a fatty liver (Controlled Attenuation Parameter, CAP I think) score immediately. The very kind and knowledgeable doctor then went through my results with me afterward, explaining everything in detail and answering all my questions. Would definitely recommend. Very easy process and even if we're nervous about the results I always think it's better to know.

Love my wool runners! I've worn the Allbirds wool runners for a few years and tried the Giesswein brand and they are just as comfortable but come in fun colours with multiple coloured laces. Definitely recommend! Price is on the higher side but I've also bought cheap wool runners and tossed them after a few wears - these are much more durable and most importantly give a lot more stability and support.
