Impossible to contact their customer service. Wasted so much time going around in circles. Can't even divert my parcel to a locker because after I set up my account they say I have no deliveries linked to my email? Even though I do. Their live chat doesn't work, get diverted to parcel tracking and then no option. Phone option is a robot with no option to speak to an actual person. Absolutely useless customer service and website.

Customer service is a joke. Lost order, they’d rather argue with you than do proper checks and then later sent me a code which doesn’t work and I showed them proof of this.. they say it’s working on their end. Not helpful at all. Let’s see how long the lost order refund takes. I ordered my kids clothes from Childsplay Clothing instead.

Delivery was left downstairs in unsecured building area by Yodel. They even wrote ‘ground floor foyer’ and took a photo of lots of deliveries just left there. I didn’t receive it, got the notification 5 hours later and it was gone. According to Shein this isn’t enough proof and their delivery company fulfilled the delivery so they will not reimburse me. I have spent hundreds of pounds on this company in the past. Never again. Extremely unhelpful and template replies. I have raised this with my bank now to get my money back.

Found a pram I wanted for cheaper than other places online and it I ordered in the afternoon and it got delivered the next day. Really pleased with the item and service.

Meals not tasty, basic and smells weird. Also they do everything in the most sneaky way possible to get you in for recurring orders. I cancelled everything I could see on the web page and emailed with no response but then see a new charge on my card. They were bombarding me with texts and emails before I placed the order but have sneakily fixed a new one with not even one notification. I hope these people fear god because it’s a scam and not how to run a business.

Switched to Kendamil when baby was 6 weeks and haven’t looked back. He’s now 7months and thriving. Ordering is so easy, there’s always stock and delivery was within 2 days. Couldn’t be happier.

I had an accident recently. I called them immediately after and after taking all the details, they said they can't process a claim for me because I said I'm going to work. Then they sent my partner an e-letter stating that I wished not to proceed with the claim. Then when we explained to them that I was going to the petrol station and then to his mums house, which is close to the station (I get on the train from there to go to work and stop by my mums house on the way) - they still count all of this as my journey was for work and denied me a claim. It was no fault accident and now the other driver will probably claim against me and I will have my premiums rise as well as having to cover my cars damage from my own pocket and being offered no courtesy car or breakdown service to garage even though it was booked through them. Do not use this company, they are cheap but that's about it.
