Was a little reticent as not heard of Sweeek before, but tried them out and they were great, so used them again. The quality of their products is a lot better than the price paid, definitely a step up from IKEA quality. Their garden furniture seems to be well made and a fraction of the price of others. Delivery is a little longer, but normally about a week or two to the UK and have no issues whatsoever with the delivery which was friendly and well communicated. I'll be using them again for sure, very useful company to know about.

Shocking tracking, doesn't seem to be updated so you can never plan around when they arrive. Status' will be days old before updated to show delivery should have been hours ago, but never happened. Somehow they think rebranding from Hermes to Evri will undo their litany of failures and dreadful service record.

Dean made sure to check on the design and gave lots of options I hadn't considered to help finalise what we wanted for our patio. He was always willing to provide samples and show examples to make sure the decision were right for us. Then his team turned up and rapidly delivered. Whenever a challenge was met, he quickly talked through options and agreed on the best solution and again he quickly turned it around. Overall a lovely guy who works hard and has a friendly team. I'll use them again if another job is needed.

Often has the best price for Dulux paint, delivery and service is always very good, have used before, will use again.

Great customer service, ordered handles and what was delivered was a subset of what they had on the site, called up and they immediately dispatched the missing parts, no quibbling and all apologies so despite the minor error they resolved very fast and with good grace, I'd use them again for their service alone, but the product and their prices are keen too.

Very fast delivery, great price and love the warranty registration reminder email a few days after receiving. Have used them a few times now and have always been amazed at how good both the price and service is, not sure how they do it, but wish others worked this way.

Good price, fast delivery, no complaints. You may pay more than used to for postage, but that's probably because it's not subsidised, but the item price more than offsets the delivery add-on. It may be more impactful if you need to return, but item was good fit and arrived fine so no issues for me. Will use again in future.

Good price for steel, made better by cheap delivery. Took advantage of their cutting service and everything was spot on, saved a lot of time when fabricating, will definitely use again when I have another project.

There was a slight delay on the order but they called immediately to offer refund or to hold for the new date which I decided to do, then a further update to advise of dispatch so have been very happy with communication.
