Expensive postage

I wont know until I receive the spectacles and wear them, as to whether they are any good and fit for purpose or not.

Looking forward to receiving them and just hoping they are not nasty, cheap looking and not as advertised - time will tell. Fingers crossed.

First order broken as very poorly…

First order broken as very poorly packaged.

Reported this to company and a note about better packaging needed especially around the corners of the item as ceramic. Completely ignored this - replacement arrived broken also.

Very poor and such a shame as the item was so lovely.

We’re sad to see that you went ahead with your threat to leave us negative feedback despite us apologising and explaining that there was clearly an operational issue that needed investigation and resolution. We have of course refunded your order in full. There really is no benefit to us in disappointing customers or repeatedly sending orders that arrive damaged. We will always do our best to resolve problems. We have removed the entire line from sale whilst we review everything from packaging to carriers and product quality changes.

Always packed well and securely.
Good quality plants for the price paid.

Just bit disappointed with the ‘in bud’ advertised hyacinth - it certainly isn’t in bud, it’s in final days he does full bloom and looking less than good.

Review of The AA Smart Care

Mediocre AA Smart Care (less)

Failed to answer the telephone, just went to voicemail, messages left, not called back. Presumed the garage was ultra busy so called AA smartcare who were not very interested in helping provide me with an update and to answer my queries. I got a perfunctorily worded reply from AA several days later.

AA stated 3 garages did collection and return service on the AA website. When enquired none of them did!

Actual service was ok and MOT and staff friendly there but overall it was the AA that were at fault and disinterested when I rang to ask why they advertised the service. As I am disabled, a collection and return service would have made it much easier for me without having to get a friend to to deliver and return car to me.

Doubt I shall use this Smart Care service again unless AA pull their boots up. I always used to rely on the AA, shame I can't now.
