I ordered 2 new tyres for my caravan from Kwik Fit and used their mobile fitter. I was extremely happy with this service. The tyre fitter was very knowledgeable and pleasant. My caravan had tyron bands fitted which Kwik Fit were able to work with.

I have had a very bad experience when ordering material for a complete bathroom refurbishment. The merchant was given a sample of shower wet wall to order and unfortunately noted down the wrong one. This was then installed by my tradesmen. I wrongly trusted Plumbstore to get it right. When the order was signed it wasn't noticed that the wrong wet wall board was listed amongst all the other materials.
The sales person concerned admitted his mistake. However once the complaint went to his manager and as we could not prove which one we wanted, Plumstore informed me that "After deliberation, Plumbstore are not in a position to consider your request for compensation, in this instance". So be warned.
