Ordered 2 pairs of sandals, size 8. Skechers were huge fitting sliders more like a size 9 and far too wide. The other sandals, Marco Tozzi (spelling?) were more like a size 7, and too tight even though my feet are narrow.
Website should include this information! I ordered from pavers.ie to Ireland so as it was sent from the UK it’s too expensive to return them.

No response from customer service after emailing 3 weeks ago to cancel order. Foolishly I only realised after ordering that there is no address on the website. I did not know this was coming from China. They have no phone number to call.
Item not arrived yet after nearly 3 weeks (I am in Ireland). Tracking shows it going between about a dozen different locations and it’s now stuck in the Netherlands for the past week. The only reason I can see for the delay is that it may be going through the UK & delayed due to Brexit customs. You live you learn!
Update: the strap arrived after 3 weeks. No customs charge. However it’s the same quality as items available 4 times cheaper elsewhere. It’s fine, but not the same flexible rubber as the original Fitbit, which is what I thought I was I ordering, given the price and the “authentic” look of the website. On the plus side, there was a second strap included which must have been accidental. Still works out over twice as expensive as the straps of the same quality purchased elsewhere.

Sizing is not good - S M L does not work. I am a size 14, sometimes 16 now, and find your Medium too small usually but Large too big. I bought a pink Poloneck jumper that was not show properly in pictures so I could not see that it was very baggy. I find most of your clothes too short - mainly jumpers - I rarely buy dresses from Oasis because they are certainly too short - I am 5ft 9".

Only lost one star because of cost of delivery to ireland.
