I was kept informed throughout the delivery process by texts, email and a phone call shortly before arrival. When Andy and Alex arrived they promptly loaded three large boxes into my garage. The entire process was seemless and am very happy to give them a good review.

I ordered a gift set for my sisters birthday and whilst the site allowed me to enter an alternative delivery address and person there was no opportunity to add a gift card or even send a message saying who the parcel was from. I have no idea if the delivery will include a bill showing the spend amount. Looks like a great gift set but website needs to change.

We used Qured for our test to return to the UK and the service was excellent and the whole process was very straightforward. The lady who watched us taking our tests was very helpful and talked us through the whole thing. Once we sent off the photo of the results we received a certificate showing we were negative within the hour. Would definitely use Qured again for this type of test.

What a brilliant company. We placed our order on Wednesday morning, had the proof by Wednesday afternoon, gave the Ok on Thursday morning and the actual Invitations arrived by Royal Mail on Friday lunchtime. If only all Companies were as efficient. In addition we were delighted with the quality of the product and found them to be really competitively priced. Would definitely use them again.

Our experience so far with Redrow has been great. All the team in the sales office have been so helpful and supportive in getting us to exchange. Of course the real proof will be at completion and with the after care service.
We have been particularly impressed with the My Redrow site. Whilst there are still one or two glitches the overall process is well thought through and makes choosing all the extras very straight forward.
We have bought a new build before and without doubt feel Redrow have exceeded our previous experience. Hopefully the great work will continue.
