Useless Comapany

I changed my mind about going over to YouFibre and contacted them before my installation date yet the engineers turned up this morning! I contacted them on chat and he said he would sort it out. Ive just had a message saying they are coming to install on the 12/09/25??? I have been on chat twice already and theres no one to chat to im just left waiting! Would not move to this company as their customer service is atrocious!!!!!

Rip Off

What a money oriented company! their prices are already extortionate but because I missed my time slot due to being ill was charged an additional £88, disgusting! complained to the staff in Calais and they were rude and arrogant, complained via email and they told me tough s**t if you were unwell the charge stands, despicable people!!!!!!
What was the point of that useless reply??

Campanile Calais

I cannot believe they charged me £86 for a 1 night stay in a dark dingy dirty claustrophobic room, the room was so small you felt like you couldn't breathe in there, it was very hot, the bed was so uncomfortable my husband slept on the floor! at breakfast the staff were arrogant and unhelpful, would never book this hotel again, the next night I booked a hotel in Aosta called Rendez vous for £80 and it was a lovely room with a balcony and friendly staff.

Posted badge after I left for my holiday!!!

Ordered a badge and also informing them that I am leaving to go on holiday on the 23/07/24, i kept in contact with them but their customer service responses are rude and abrupt, they kept telling me that it was sent on the 08/07/24 and the delay was down to the UK postal service yet when i arrived home 18/08/24 the parcel had arrived but the date on the front of the package stated it was POSTED 24/07/24 and the UK Post was not at fault but Bip & Go was as they posted it the day after I was Leaving!!! and now they want me to pay to send it back to them or charge me 30 euros and they already have £24 of mine which i paid when i ordered!!! terrible customer service and would not use this company again.

Booked the hotel in Calais for 1 night

Booked the hotel in Calais for 1 night, i was qouted 78 euros and they took 88 euros out of my account the next day they took another 80 euros out of my account, the room was tiny, toilet was self flushing all night, the breakfats was pathetic, have emailed on numerous occasion to complain and get my money refunded but no one answers me, atroucious customer service, will open a claim with my card company to get my money back and will never us them again!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ripping Off The Elderly

Still no refund!!, You should be ashamed of yourselves those chairs i ordered from you were for my disabled 87 year old mother to put in her garden she paid you £205 on her card and you only refunded her £99.
Ripping off elderly pensioners who are already struggling, shame on you!!
I have been asking for the refund for weeks and weeks and still nothing, I dread to think how many other OAP's you have conned out of their money because they would not chase you like I have and will continue to do so until you give my mothers money back, YOU ARE A DISGRACE!!!!!!!!!

'Judy' Where's My REFUND!!!!!!!!!!!!

'Judy' you only answer me when I put a post on Trustpilot, you have not answered any of my emails !!
You know damn well the refund hasn't been processed you have said that for 'damage limitation'.
I have opened a claim with my bank regarding my refund that you are trying to keep.
The Range is conning people out of their money, well you picked the wrong person this time! I will not be letting this go and stop with the bulls**t, give me my REFUND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Update on Refund

Update - been contacted by Judy I have to wait another 5-7 working days to get the rest of my refund!!!!!!!!!
Their customer service is unbelievable, they only answer you when you have complained about them on Trustpilot, never dealt with a company like them before and will not be using them again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :-(

Wheres my REFUND!!!!!!

After waiting 2 weeks for a refund they send me £99 instead of £205, tried ringing and emailing but no response, I have a collection note signed stating i returned all the damaged chairs, atroucious customer service will never use again. Will have to cointact my bank for a chargeback to get my full refund, they have caused me nothing but hassle and stress, sort yourselves out!!!!!

I ordered 10 garden chairs which all arrived damaged

I ordered 10 garden chairs and paid for next day delivery on Sunday 15th May, 5 were delivered Tuesday 17th May and 5 on Wednesday 18th May, all were badly damaged, tried to phone customer services all day waiting on the line for 30 mins at a time, but no answer, emailed them and spoke to Nadya on 18th May she assured me she would send out replacements and make sure they were checked before leaving warehouse, they arrived today in worse condition than the first ones so refused delivery and gave the driver the other 10 damaged chairs, tried to ring again today but again no answer, sent emails and no answer, worst customer service i have ever experienced will not buy from them again!!

Short date on Packs

I had already spent hundreds of punds ordering from Lighterlife and when i place my last order a couple of days ago I noticed that the porridge has a short date (1 Month) but was still charged the correct price, I complained and Lyn wrote back to me and said it states in the T& C's no replacements or refunds! So they just lost a good customer for a few packs of porridge!!

Their prices are extortionate, just money grabbers £20 for a telephone consultation !!!!! Went to Emerald Vets and much more reasonable prices. Even sent an email to head office complaining and they couldn't even bother to answer me !!

Booked a collection on 11th Jan for today 15th Jan, contacted them to see what time they will be collecting and this Anna tells me there is no booking !!!!
Every time I have booked with these people they never turn up.
Terrible service.

Purchased a Visco Therapy Mattress :-(

Purchased a Visco Therapy mattress from Amazon 3 years ago with a 5 year warranty, the mattress has sunk in the middle and is causing back ache, contacted Amazon and they said the warranty is with Visco Therapy, contacted them and they first told me to complain to Amazon and when I told them I had they said when you buy the mattress you have to register it with them for the warranty to run, I told her that it didn't say that on the Amazon website so she said theres nothing they can do !! very poor customer service and would not but from them again.

Delivery drivers are liars

Delivery drivers are liars, they state on tracking they have attempted delivery 3 times when in fact they have not attempted delivery once (the beauty of having cctv!!) then unable to contact anyone speak to them to get parcel really delivered, atrocious customer service !!
