Plus they make you feel good about using less plastic

I phoned to keep my regular payments the same. The lady who rang me back changed kept it the same straight away.

All of the products are easy to use and smell lovely. The timescale remover is very effective. And the bathroom cleaner makes everything sparkle

It's now over 2 months since I discovered they had delivered a broken basin. After multiple calls and a reference they still haven't sent a replacement. Apparently I could get one by cancelling this order and doing a click and collect but as I don't drive and would have trouble getting a basin home on the bus that is not an option.

Note:
IKEA did you not read the part about ringing you several times and also having a reference no?

They are great for buying things when everything goes right but when something goes wrong their policies make it hard to help you.
I've been trying to resolve a problem for 2 months

The hotel looks lovely and the staff are very friendly but the most basic thing you hope to do in a hotel is sleep. My room was too warm and the room faced the road and so it was very noisy with the window open. After phoning reception and they suggesting I open the window then after I explained about the noise agreed to send someone to fix the air-conditioning. I am still waiting. I am not impressed. I am very tired and need to sleep.

The delivery is very prompt and the gummies very tasty which makes it easy to get your vitamins.

From the creaking floors to the creaking service this hotel could do with more tlc. Cleaning in the rooms was sporadic. Burning hot dishes in self service. No lifts despite putting families with prams in the attic. They were not what they claimed to be

I am writing this review as they have said if I do they will refund my membership. They were very polite about it.

I have just returned from a wonderful trip around western turkey. We were met at the airport by Ilgen who continued to look after us throughout the trip. Her knowledge was astounding on the geography and history. And all the best toilet stops. She expertly coped with a very demanding traveller and so our trip continued smoothly.

So thank you very much and I am looking in future at trips to the east.

My carpet was delivered when they said it would be and was even nicer than expected. You can sink your toes in it. And the colours are just what I wanted

The plants arrived in good condition and were larger than expected. I would definitely use them again.

They sent me a spindling damaged plant so I went through their horrendous customer service and they sent a replacement. It was as bad as the first plant. I then was supposed to go through the next layer of hell to get a refund. It really is not worth the effect on my nerves which is I suspect what they count on.
Will never bother with them again. They give mail order plants a bad name.

I am confused as to why my new Emma hybrid mattress dips in the middle. The edges are far firmer. I asked Emma to send the layer they say will make the mattress firmer. I have just opened the package and find the layer of foam ( not sure what difference it will make) and find it discoloured along the middle.

Is this normal

A very efficient service and at a reasonable price. Easy to arrange and they turned up when they said they would.
Would recommend and use again.

after I had bought an iPad from them I found it was not wanted and so asked for a refund. After explaining what had happened they were very helpful and refunded me immediately. Found this very reassuring.
