I was informed one item wasn’t sent to me as it was out of stock. I checked the store and it was availabla in all sizes. Asked about this and I was told to re-order. And so I did. But again, they cancelled the item.
I received other products, which colours were completely different than on the website. (Ofc colours can vary depending on your device but the colours were actually different - not just slightly.) Returning costs 6€, even if it’s their failure to sell for ex. dark green as lighter green.
So, the only item I really wanted wasn’t delivered. I assume there was a continuous error on the site. On 2024, webshops do have functionalities to prevent ordering and paying out of stock-products. Obviously ICIW isn’t familiar with these functionalities.

Such a disappointing experience, all in all. Shouldn’t have ordered the first time nor the second time, second time was my bad.

Aivan uskomattoman nopea ja erinomainen asiakaspalvelu. Olen ällikällä lyöty miten nopeaa yhteydenpito oli ja ongelma ratkaistu asiakaslähtöisesti päivässä.
